This will be like PS3 vs 360. Casuals and xbots will say that there is no difference. But smart people and people with 20/20 vision or better know that first party PS3 games like Killzone 2=3, and Uncharted 2+3, The Last of Us, etc blow xbox out of the toilet.

I loved Doom 3. I don't care what reviewers said, they don't know shit. This game had graphics, guns, lots of enemies and it was of good length. Easily in my top 10 games of all time.
I didn't like it either :( And TPS are my favorite kind of shooters. Its the controls. I hate the shooting mechanics/reticules/controls. Binary Domain has the same problem.
Cool. I may give it a shot since it should be cheap by now. Thats the same way I feel about Uncharted games too. Here's hoping next gen can get rid of these linear games. At the very least if a game is going to be linear, make it extremely long like Half Life. That game took me 2 weeks to beat it and I savored every moment.

Never understood how people can say the xbox 360 controller is better for shooters. That's all played was shooters on the 360 and it was terrible, but I had nothing to compare it too and I think thats why many people say that. Its because there's nothing else to play on the 360! Revolution was terrible. Mob of the Dead was the best zombies map ever, but it's too little, too late. I just can't have fun anymore past the first week that these zombies maps come out. They just make new maps and throw in a few guns and keep making the easter eggs lamer and lamer. It seems like Treyarch lacks creativity when making zombies. Its always the same crap, with the same zombies and sounds they've been doing since 2008.

Even if those games somehow made the cut, you should still keep your PS3. I remember I sold my PS1 for $10 and I regretted it so much. I sold all my games, memory cards and 2 controllers with the console fore $10!!! I bought a PSOne almost immediately though, so I'm good but I learned my lesson. I won't sell my old consoles anymore, unless its a M$ product. I still have my crappy Gamecube even though I never play.
This is great, but like Xbox 360's wack ass backwards compatibility, some under the radar games won't be playable. I remember I held a grudge against when they didn't add Dues Ex Invisible War to the 360 BC because at that time I didn't have a good enough PC to run it. Years later, I still hate M$ for this and everything else that they do.
There are alot of games that aren't blockbuster sellers that deserve a chance :(.
