Dude shut up. We know everyone is about money. We need money to buy food, water, and shelter. Tell me something I don't know. But there are wrongsways (M$,EA, Activision) to extract money from customers and there are right ways of earning that money (Sony and their developers, Valve,etc). Yeah PC uses Windows, but M$ doesn't have their dirty hands in what I can do with my PC (GoG, Steam, etc.)

Even though I won't be buying this game, I like this idea. I wish all games would allow you to choose your region. I live in the US, but I'm not xenophobic and would like my flag to show my parents home country so I can play people from other counties besides Murica.
Most of these aren't Sony games though. I would love Legacy of Kain, Cool Boarders, Dino Crisis, Parasite Eve, Syphon Filter, and Fear Effect but these are all PS1 games. It would be impossible to release them now and still have them be 90s games. You know they would have all regenerating health, needless multiplayer, and half the game sold removed and sold to you as DLC, especially the Capcom games.

Okay now M$ is trying way too hard. Too hard that you know something is up, I mean it is greedy M$ after all. Their heart didn't just grow 3 sizes today. Besides PS3 had mods and they were rarely used, so the same thing will apply here. I still don't see how Sony messed up. Sure PS3 was expensive, but they were selling it at a loss. If I had known back then that there was a PS2 inside it and that eventually it would be removed in the future PS3s, I would have bought it. I spent more on batteries, controllers, WiFi adapter, headsets, extra M$ Points, repairs, etc on the 360 than the original PS3 $600! MicroSoft are scammers. Their boxes come with hidden fees and poor quality and without the features.

I never said Sony doesn't want your money. But there are ways to treat a customer so good that handing over the money to get high quality content makes it worth it. Games cost money, so of course we have to pay Sony. But we get spoiled, and even more so with Plus. They do the right things to earn that money. M$ gives you finger, asks for money, then asks for even more money.
I want the GOTY with all the bugs and everything. I just hope the game is playable cause 1 was fun but so buggy.
I've only bought one Season Pass, and it was terrible. They want the money upfront, and once that happens, they can give you absolute crap because they already conned you. I hate DLC anyways, and paying half the price of the game for some mystery DLC is bad business. Then again game developers have always been bad business. Next thing you know, they are going to be asking for more money after a new game becomes a sold game.
Everytime Cliffy opens his mouth I dislike him more and more. I liked Gears 1 and 2, but now the douchiness is more transparent since he doesn't have to those 2 games to save him.
