I would love to see FF VI remade as a modern AAA game with a Witcher 3 touch of production and adult writing/story telling.
Chrono Trigger is a great game but I'm not sure I'd call it "the best RPG ever made".

You're right and although FFVII sits as one of my favorite FF's, it is the most overrated FF by far. IV-VI, IX, and XII are better, imo.
Radiant Silvergun is a great game. These haters can get stuck.
FF IV - VII, IX, and XII are my favorite. Have to say that VIII was the first FF I was truly disappointed with.
Right now I can do without RT. Maybe when the RTX 4000 series drops I'll concern myself with it, but right now it just tanks performance too much.

I haven't bought it yet either. They f'ed up for sure, but they can still redeem themselves. I don't plan to support the game until they do.
I have no problem with any race or sex when it comes to a protagonist. It's the annoying urban ghetto culture that's the problem for me, not their race. I think a lot of people's issue is that they conflate culture with race when they're not the same thing.
I have to agree. Choppy framerate, barren wasteland of an open-world, annoying protagonist, uninspired and unchallenging gameplay.

GoW is no longer an exclusive as its PC release is imminent. The rest are surely to follow given how Sony is approaching PC porting.
Fair enough point and I understand completely as I've had my fair share of problem solving, but there's also an enjoyment I get to solving the problems and optimizing my gaming experience.
It's a bit funny that all the issues mentioned in this article are really a result of the Windows OS and his display, not the PC. And it's not necessarily anything inherently wrong with his display, it's just a compatibility issue. I had the same thing happen with my display and so I used a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter and it works fine. Sure there is a time and hassle convenience to consoles, but you're never going to have the highest potential graphical fidelity, and more ...
