I had mine since launch as well and just recently i had to change the controller, i was still using the one that came with the console since 2000. I love my ps2, and i'll have it til it breaks. I love my 360 and just like the ps2 the games start slow but will increase.

Look don't get it twisted, yeah if the ps2 is outselling the 360 look at the obvious, Availability! The 360 has been selling out since launch and soon as retail get'em in they sell out again, so now people looking to buy a console can't get a 360 but wait what's that shelves loads of ps2's for 129.00 plus racks of games new and old, some dirt cheap. I think it looked great, really no different then some of the xbox 360 games. In all honesty the 360 games look great but not to their full potential, and im guessing the ps3 graphics will be about the same. In other words they'll both be great as time goes on.

Man i don't know about the 360 vs ps3 with gta but i do know that as far as the 360 players are concerend aside from the regular mode they should incorporate a mode where as just about every person you see, on motocycles, walking, driving etc. Will actually be a person via live. Police whatever, and you'll play as usual just its not A.I its actaul players. That would be great. I see that happening in the future maybe not with gta 4 but an up and coming one in future.
MS has done and outstanding job with the 360, the controller, games, tho we need more games, xbox live, as well as the updates. MS actually is with the consumer. You need to really just learn the systems functions and not be so quick to cry and lash out at MS they have made gaming such much better with the 360, never before have we had it so good, stop ya crying.
I have to agree that they are not buying the 360 because its an American product, however its a great product and its their loss if they sleep on it, they can wait on the ps3 only to find that the 360 was what they have been waiting on all this time.

I understand and appreciate your opinions but at the same time i feel compelled to add that i liked gta 3, i liked, gta vc a lil better, and i absolutely looooved San Andreas which is by far the best one in my opinion. Yeah there were a lot of glitches but not even those glitches could stop this one from shining the game was pure fun for me and i was actually hoping that the next gen gta would be just as much fun, but if not im still happy with GTA san andreas......i love that game.
If only i can get this update on a cdr.....
Well, here's my take on it. I'm done arguing over which system is best. All I know is im very happy with my xbox 360. To all who want the ps3 i hope it bring you as much happiness and joy that the 360 has brought me. I love my xbox 360, and i hope you find that with the ps3. Peace.....
Hey guys sorry for all the confusion, It was to my understanding that you cannot copy cdr music to the hard drive and use it as ingame playback. However, i was told that back in november and i never tried to do it, i mean i have boooooat loads of cdr music, but as it turns out, i was saying that it couldnt be done without even trying, well since my last post i decided to try it and low and behold it does work. I was able to rip music from my cdr to my hard drive for ingame playback.
