"Titanfall" is also coming out about the same time as "Destiny". It is going to be very hard to overlook Bungie. Also Titanfall should be priced at $40.
The one good thing is both titles are being published by EA. And I believe that EA is smart enough to space out release dates for Titanfall and Destiny

Personally I really disliked boost. Combination with inherited Internet lag it seemed like they run in between bullets.
Saboteur in KZ2, Infiltrator in KZ3 they actually look a little bit different then your team counterparts. After while you can spot difference.
Yes they can produce XBOne( or any other electronic device) without FCC approval. They just can't officially sell them.
If by any chance console does not get FCC blessing then every unit is worthless since you can not sell it. You either 100% sure you product passes FCC and risk manufacturing it or you wait til you get approval and the proceed with manufacturing .
After watching videos of game play of Ryse and Titanfall from Gamescom, Titanfall seems to be already more finish. EA may just get their COD competitor in regards to game play style. I know they have Battlefield but it is different type of game(size of maps, vehicles).

That would mean that Hypervisor and XBOX OS all together is about 0.5GB. You can not shoutdown Hypervisor and you need Xbox OS.

When it comes to pure network/multiplayer capabilities there is no problem with PSN.
I would like to point out that
- Resistance 1 40 players on online
- MAG 256 players online
- many 32 players games.
So if main focus is online gaming, downplaying PSN and glorifying XBL (when considering OS has more features) is also, as you said "...[no] way to make a good decision...".
PS4 is region free so you get one in US (Amazon) , probably cheaper than in other countries.
Also you can find anything you want in UAE, I heard.
