His voice sounds too "skinny" for such a muscular character. Not a good fit IMO.
Kojima gets motion sickness, so he probably wouldn't play Portal 2.
that'd truly be the case if they weren't getting paid.
When the hell are the reviews coming out?
OK, I see. Well, can you explain those bite marks?
Is this like the "final version" update? I'm getting on NOW to see about that camera!
Joke of a list. No MGS? Seriously?
I agree, minus the inevitable rehash that is MW3. Battlefield 3 will shit all over Socom 4. I'm in the beta and it's not bad, but there's nothing there to make me want to buy it either.
Amazon is my go-to place 4 trade ins and buys. Gamestop a year ago game me 12 dollars for my PS2, 3 games, and a remote. PATHETIC.
Holy shit didn't know that thing was real! THANKS!
BTW I just read your review and I'M DEFINITELY BUYING IT. I went on and read the comments and everyone seems to love it. PC gamers seem to be having some technical problems though. Thanks a bunch!
@ all The controls look PERFECT. The nano suit as well as the vertical aspects to the gameplay push the genre and breathe a little life into the overcrowded COD clone infested FPS genre. That alone makes me want to buy it. I am however afraid of balancing issues, but fuck it. No one seems to be saying that its so unbalanced that its unplayable.
I'm not really looking for a similar experience to BC2, but I am looking for tactical aspects to the gameplay.
It definitely helps. I DO NOT want a casual shooter like COD. If it plays similarly in the sense that the maps are smaller with more in your face action though, that's EXCELLENT and totally down my alley. I am EXTREMELY impressed (and relieved) with the killstreak system in that it is an anti-camping system.
I've always been a firm believer that if you give someone special powers or weapons, that there must be a learning curve to them. My "lust" for Crysis ...
I've read everyone's and thanks to all, but this answer is particularly interesting. Looking at hd youtube MP clips I was led to assume that it had its own feel, so its good to hear someone confirm that.
It doesn't look like it plays like the overly sensitive, roller skating movement in COD. In COD I feel like I AM the the gun rather than being behind the trigger of one. Crysis looks as though it respects at least some physics while maintaining responsiveness. I...
Every review I've read emphasized the problems with the AI. Glad these problems will be minimized before I play it.
B4 I buy though, can anyone tell me if it would appeal to a Bad Company 2 fan like me? Is it recommended or should I pass? Any info from someone who has played both will be greatly appreciated.
Look at all the attachments and shit on his gun. I know you couldn't attach a silencer on an assault rifle in BC2, or a visible foregrip, so there's and indication that the customization will be INSANE!
The helicopters look like they have lights, so will they play a bigger role during nighttime levels? Hmmmmmm........
And the fact that there are jets there is awesome. I'm a Bad Company 2 convert, so I've never had the privilege to play with th...
"Boss battles with Gray Fox and Big Boss himself"
That Big Boss battle would have to be more epic /emotional than the final battle in MGS4. Topping that final battle would be one helluva feat.......that a genius like Kojima could do with ease.
I agree.
MGS1=arguably best PS1 game.
MGS3=best PS2 game.
MGS4=arguably best PS3 game.
Peace Walker=best PSP game.
Even the worst in the series MGS2 was a masterpiece! No such thing as milking or rehash in MGS. Keep em coming Kojima!
Next step president. KOJIMA FOR PRESIDENT
Damn and to think this will be an absolutely FREE online experience. This is the year of the 3. KZ3, BF 3 , U3, Gears 3, Mass Effect 3, MW3 etc.
