Well, you seem to be able to write a complete sentence, so that instantly qualifies you to be a games journalist. From there on, all you need is an E3 pass and some patience and you'd get your talk.
If you added a van, some rope and a dark plastic bag you'd get an even longer talk.
You guys are idiots.
Developers use 30fps, because the graphical loss that would have to follow if they used 60fps would be more considerable to consumers than the loss of frame rate.
That's not really gonna change.
Yeah. I remember you, gritty concept art. We meet again.
You don't charge PS4 controllers. They charge you.
Not really, no. Certainly not irrelevant, as those are the things would drive profits. But I'd agree that the typical Sony shareholder may be somewhat more ignorant of product quality, and instead focus more on the strength of the yen and the general performance of all the branches.
Yeah, THQ were doing really well, but then that logo blew it all up. Lemme tell ya, they pushed my buttons on that logo. No, but I agree. I liked the old THQ logo better.
Don't think the new SP logo is that bad though. I really miss the old Traveller's Tales logo. They really let minimalism ruin a classic logo.
I noticed that. Flippin weird.
I mean, was the PS4 NOT awesome?
Did they NOT show off a decent controller?
Did they NOT show us some eyewatering real time footage?
Did the list of developers working on PS4 NOT make the Wii U list look microscopic?
Was the Gaikai tech NOT promising?
Did the share button not make us all feel like sharing is caring?
Did they NOT show two new Sony IPs?
Did inFamous NOT take an awesome new direction? ...
You dare question the saviour?
Haha, no kidding!
I feel like a kid waiting to open presents.
It didn't have ingame XMB at release. You had to quit the game to read messages. No, it did not have good online at release compared to Xbox. It was free, though, which is a plus. And after a couple of updates the online is very decent indeed. PS Plus is fantastic.
"We have no doubt that Sony plans to announce the PlayStation 4 tomorrow"
Oh, yeah. What a doom and gloom way to begin an article.
They're just playing a game of "what if", nothing more.
Here's a negative article for you:
PS4 to have the same processing skills as Ares84HU
Vita may be kind of a flop saleswise, but boy have I had some good times with it. And with these news, I say either the Vita picks up its pace saleswise, or Rocky Anderson will turn in his grave... or living room.
I downloaded Q*bert on PSN and played it for 15 minutes.
Still on my hard drive five years later.
Anti-Nintendo propaganda, my ice.
Lots of people are underwhelmed by the new console. Sure, let's give it some time, but as of now I'm part of the skeptics.
When sideburnes like the Dreamcast release between generations, old tech release in new packages years after original like the Gameboy Micro, and different varieties and updates of already existing consoles (some of them vastly different from the original) are taken into account, the borders between generations immediately appear less clear, and you'd start getting disagreements. Are anyone objectively wrong in any sense? If so, by what standard? There are many consoles that breach with t...
'True next gen' is really just a term mostly used by people who feel the Wii U isn't an adequate jump from the last gen. It's not really an objective title that is exclusive to a certain group of consoles.
Calling PS4 and 720 for true next-gen is'nt particularly more objective than saying "Xbox 720 and PS4 are better than the Wii U".
Hell, you could say Wii U is true next gen, because the other consoles lack a pad controller (remains to be seen,...
I'm in Australia right now! There are posters of Kaz Hirai in the streets, and the PS logo is the new national flag. No, but congrats to Sony, I guess.
Yeah, and nevermind that Super Stardust HD and Blast Factor are a lot more similar, and released a lot closer to Geometry Wars on XBLA. But, oh yeah. Super Stardust has been around for way longer than Geometry Wars. It's an old genre.
Stupid article.
Any other insightful comments, mr Obvious?
Website looking to get hits by writing controversial material.
Dude. Stop traffic. That's a new low for websites. I hope other webpages won't follow, but continue desperately trying to avoid hits by writing articles no one cares about.
It wasn't important to the overall narrative of the show. The narrative appeared to be about the games, the support and the possibilities. In that sense, it makes more sense showing the controller. Kind of like they did with the Wii U. But of course, you're right the box matters too. And many are excited for it. So win - win for Sony.
