for N4G to organize all of these MGS4 reviews under on heading, rather than have TONS and TONS of reviews for this game even a week or so after its release...I mean seriously
FINALLY somebody understands my point that I am trying to get across....Its like almost a SIN in many of these "Gamers" eyes to give MGS4 anything less than perfection...I believe the only games ever to deserve a perfect score would be PACMAN, and TETRIS (but its their simplicity that negates any other possible ruling than perfection lol)
I'm really a fan of all types of games FPS, etc.., all except RPG's lol I never really got into them ...anyways thats great news about the SOCOM Beta...is it confirmed for this month? or just speculation?
I stand corrected in that in fact its review score is ONLY 80% and not the high 90% I had previously said
I suppose going with the Xbox360 console would solve the current Firmware update Woes (although my PS3 updated to the 2.40 just fine)
I had absolutely no problems with this whole Flawed 2.40 Fiasco, possibly on part to mine being the 20GB model, Its never really given me any issues thankfully
what exactly does the word PERFECT mean to you...if someone told you they wanted a work report, or their tax returns filed PERFECTLY would you take that to mean that it is ok to have flaws and imperfections in them?? NO it means absolutely unflawed... ..which is why i say MGS4 is not even close to perfect....
and this is to all of you guys...have you EVER heard me say that either GTA4 or HALO are perfect?? not once...they are extremely close, but also not perfect
This is a way more accurate review (4/5 essentially 90%) that I think we can all agree on for a highly commendable but imperfect and minorly flawed video game

Please I implore you, and more over challenge you to name ONE, and I do mean ONE thing In my above statement that shows any possible Bias? Its simply my opinion, so please do not use words like biased unless you truly understand their meanings
I believe my most anticipated games coming up would be Resistance 2 for the ps3 side and Gears of War 2 on the XBOX360 Gaming Console side
admirable company they are by CLEARLY going out of their way to satisfy and appease their customers and resolve any RARE incidents that may unfortunately occur with their Xbox360 Video Gaming Systems ..
Microsoft should really be commended for their unwavering Customer Support, and continued loyalty to their satisfied customers
I wish everyone would take a chance and actually PLAY this fantastic and action packed title rather than just be a sheep and listen to reviewers ...the unwarranted bashing of this game that I have recently seen has been simply ridiculous
that you could scoop it right up off of the disc with a spoon.....but despite its overuse of said trait it was still a pretty good game, just not perfect
shouldnt have had to play "Catch-Up" with all of these updates to be on par with the 360, It should have been equal or greater from its launch and then build up from there...as it currently stands they are struggling to deliver "EXPECTED" Features which is a HUGE NO NO for the price they are asking for the system
I believe it should be priced around FREE, and then maybe I'll sign up for this "Service"(if you can even call it a true service) ...something about paying to be in a Beta doesn't sit well with me
I understand that their peripheral sales are through the roof, and they have helped to innovate in a few areas here and there, but the only things about it that GAMERS wanted were Mario, and Metroid, and those have come and gone a while ago...
and I have never had any freezing issues, or any firmware update problems....is the HUGE 2.40 failure only occuring to other models of the PS3?...Also, $5 for an HD DVD Player is an incredibly great value, as you could probably pick up the player and a few movies for less than one Blu-Ray movie...I might just pick one up
What kind of a gamer wants "Good Silence" When playing online? Thats the whole point of online gaming, to converse and accomplish your gaming task set before you as a team....I would go ahead and assume that you would be one of those many players that put on the headset during the game just so we can hear you breathe???
It only affected a few number of Xbox360 owners, and any and all inconveniences were handled with great customer support, Warranty extensions, Free console shipping, and even Free Xbox Live service
so in your opinion how long is TOO LONG for a cut-scene in a video game until it becomes a movie clip???
can truly deliver the next-gen experience that we have all been anxiously waiting for
