Hey Dlacy, I sure do agree with the RROD being a serious issue. I had a RROD on day one :( then the second one bit the dust after about a month. No free pass for sure, but considering how they went to insane lengths to avoid the same overhearing issues on the new console and they have not had issues since is a forgive but not forget for me.

Issue 1. Dashboard updates.
I can’t believe this is on the list, complaining about improvements, innovation and addition of features to the dashboard is a problem?
Issue 2. Bundled headset is poorly made.
I have both the bundled headset that I got with the xbox one and the PS4 earbud. They are both cheap but the build and quality of the free xbox one headset is miles better than the earbud on a wire given by the PS4....

I have seen a few of these trailers and some of them seem to have the logo, "Best on Oculus" which is now making me think I might have to pass on the PSVR.
I really am into all of the space simulation games but I want the best experience available, especially for floating in space above the earth. I guess I will need to wait now for decent comparisons of the games running on both oculus and PSVR and then make my final decision.

I bought around 40 games last year and only Destiny, MCC, Halo 5, Fallout and Bloodborne were physical copies. So I agree totally with this article.

This all comes down to the company whom owns the trademark. It is their call if they wish to chase a cease and desist order, if they deem the person whom is using the "words" to be damaging their image or confusing Joe public, they will break the offender down, lawsuit by lawsuit.
Just look at Konami when Kojima tweeted a fan art.

I do believe that Sony ae the ones that are really going to get this whole VR train moving. The thing that should be enticing for potential VR purchasers is that at least we know that when the PSVR comes out that we will be getting the best that we can for consoles till the end of this cycle. No additional purchases no newer versions during the PS4 lifecycle should be released.
Knowing this, gives me a sense of security and that my money wont be poured down the drain by havin...
