About time they figured a way around rendering for each lens. Developments are really rolling with VR. Happy Days!
Fan Science. Example of shifting the same volume of air through blades.
Larger fan, slower RPM, lower db.
Smaller fan, faster RPM, higher db.
Smaller fans will not, a quieter xbox make.
You mean, a bit like the Amazing Spiderman movies with Sony products all over the place...
They all do it, stop crying.
The future of Gaming.
Looks Gorgeous!!!
Well Done Insomniac!
It has already been said above, but its worth saying again...
Its hard to get excited about anything that Kotaku vomits out.
Have to stop generalising everyone's opinions into one blinded response. For me it is the opposite, I was not at all impressed with judgment and had gotten bored of meaty chunks and chainsaws. The first gears is still my fav. Hearing that the coalition are going back to the roots of the game I am actually finding myself excited for the first...
... what the hell did I just watch?!?
"...neither component, the five-act game nor the 20-minute TV episodes weaved in between, are special in any way."
Cold.
This all sounds really good. Haven't been excited for Gears in years, this one seems to be changing my opinions.
Boooo
"I find it astounding, however, that Quantum Break is being praised for simply creating a slightly shinier cutscene."
You sir, are a muppet.
Quantum break deserves to be played by any fan of gaming, sci-fi and fiction. Some games ae greater than the platform that they release on and I feel that this is one of them.
Sony fans who are gaming fans should really give it a go... on pc :)
I do hope for a sequel too.
It really is a shame, this is not an everyman game. These performance and story heavy games are not most peoples cup of tea, but I love this stuff.
I can only wish for another quantum break, hopefully the next outing will be with our favourite writer, Mr Wake!
Hey Starchild (love the name!)
Yep, I was being a little sarcastic. But as I get most of my gaming news from N4G I do feel that is sort of the case with this game.
Quantum Break is already in my fav game list of all time!
I am clearly in the micro demographic that thought Quantum Break was awesome. Loved the pacing, story, gameplay and look.
Each to their own.
Edit: Playing the hardline approach now :) Evil!!!!
Here we go...
Do we really need this now? Shouldn't we wait for 'official' news before the drones of journo's start 'speculating'.
This is going to get really tedious.
Never thought of it that way...
Good point.
Lets hope that the press don't milk this rumor and create a new wave of expectations that wont be lived up to. Only then to blame MS for not delivering.
All Aboard the E3 Hype Train...
Choo Choo
In this day and age, there are haters everywhere. Its only going to get worse.
Each time there is a 'killer game or app' there will always be the opposing haters waiting to drop ink in to the waters.
Never going to change.
