The companion app would be cool if using it remotley, say, on the train home etc, but I would never choose to customise my car on a phone or tablet when Im sitting infront of my 60" 1080p TV.

So now the pc gamers finally have a reason to be thankful to consoles. Finally the benefits of certain aspects of games development and console functionality (buy it and it just works) can be implemented into the far more time, resource and technical requirement heavy pc platform.
Simpler accessibility and setup for the end user and easier and more powerful tools for development.

I'm not that keen on the idea of fighting games based on motion controls.
Fun for a few rounds but for me personally, I play games to relax after a hard days work. Im not looking to break things in my livingroom while flailing around like an idiot trying to do a dragon punch and helicopter kick.
I can see the appeal for some though.

Let's hope that they actually do something with the power and technical ability of kinect, as the only things I've read about fighter within have been negative.
We really need a proper kinect game to showcase its power, fidelity and accuracy. The last thing we need is a sub-par motion controlled fighting game that does damage to kinects image by not implementing the controls well.
So where are these other supposed flaws as the title suggests?
One of the 'some flaws' being the supposed screen tearing, I think the other great flaw is the journalistic skills on demonstration.

I don't even like the idea of DLC being unique to retailers. It's annoying, these extras should be available to everyone not just ones who buy from specific retailers. What if you want everything the game has to offer, do we buy every version from each retailer to get the full set of gubbins? What happened to cheat codes? To being rewarded for completing the game with additional skins for the character? Lame.
