Nearly 10 years I've been waiting for the new thief game to sneak up on me from the darkness. But honestly, it's been so long and so many other titles have done wonders with the stealth mechanics that I feel no loss or gain from this game.
I'm afraid my excitement has dulled over the years for this game. I'll wait for it to hit the bargain bins unless they can prove that it's worth it's price of admission.

We have heard from many that the new kinect works well, and we have heard from people who don't. If its not your cup of tea then move on.
I agree with what you say, I'm only highlighting that they became no better than the mob, but they have a greater responsibility than most due to their reputation. They have always had an edge (pun intended) on the rest of the pack most of the time. I've always enjoyed their take on things and their harsh critisism on many games considered by the majority to be fan-F'n-tastic.

Now we near release and they know that its going to be business as usual, they will be reviewing, previewing and speculating on all things Xbox just as they have always done.
