So now the console wars have gone into the mod trenches. Weird.

I feel for those who backed this, but with every investment there is lots of homework and risk. This is why billionaire investors are anal about vetting and where they move capital.

Like my fiancé tells me, "If you have to explain why I should be feeling pleasure, then you are doing it wrong." Enough talk and filler! You gonna grab my ass all night or are we doing this?!

GAMEPLAY, GAMEPLAY, and more GAMEPLAY is what I looked for this E3. Substance. We can get a good read and most of the information we need from it - as long as it is an accurate representation: graphics, play styles, character types, battle systems, world/level design...

Greedy executive pawn positioning, even if it is free. End game is paid mods. They are doing what MS did with UWP. Give it free and modders will use something most would not pay for. No matter the PR crap from Hines, the purpose is so Bethesda can grab hard working PC modders to build their site up in attempt to phase out Nexus and Steam mods - or at the very least have "premium" paid mods (goes against modding idea in the first place and is therefore just paid buggy/early acces...

Which E3 were these guys watching? Also, suddenly specs and hardware are important again, after MS's repeatedly regurgitated the "it's about games" marketing vomit mantra after Sony handed their asses to them after each and every better running 3rd party? Then Nintendo gets shit on for the Wii-U or PC gamers get lynched by the mere mention of anything killer spec related, but scorpio - games = superior E3 + fanboy gush.

How are people are conned by trans...

A multiplatform APP is not an evolution. It is simply more compatibility anyway MS spins the PR.

MIT would argue otherwise. This is Hollywood Hacking. Cracking is not close to authentic in this game and my MIT brother and his MIT friends are not like this or like the people in Big Bang Theory, but can "hack the world".

Smh that people believe Hollywood and journalists misrepresentations and stereotypes.

EDIT: I was responding to a comment, not the article.

Well it was fun to speculate. Enjoy gaming my friend!

MS is not completely evil to us here, but he is not even close to right; we are ready to eject MS altogether if not for some users who are only comfortable with MS products and hate change. We never allow new MS software into our business without fully scrutinizing what new background processes they implement. I am one of 3 who run the IT dept (degree in CS) and I am also a software engineer here working on in-house proton accelerator controller software - for cancer treatment.

Sony having a killer conference. Saved E3 imo.

The whole E3 has essentially been time consuming mediocrity and filler.

EDIT: I posted right after Ubisoft, so I am hoping someone, anyone, will save the show. Hashtag SaveE3.

I cant stand his fake gamer marketing vomit.

Think I saw Mark Cerny sitting in the Ubisoft audience (which wouldn't be out of the ordinary), but maybe he's there to help announce new PS hardware.

I can sympathize. I was in the military and after for work used to visit our 100+ branch offices globally. I gamed on a ton of portables.

And then they go home and binge on the oh so nonviolent Game of Thrones.

MS suddenly cares about console having top graphics and framerates again? This is why I stick with PC as my main. No shifting identity. Like it or not, it is always about squeezing out top visuals (resolution and fps included).

I believe you can go direct to an article if you clickity clack the "pop out" icon in the bottom right corner (little box with arrow). One thing though, many N4G users dive into the articles for us to let us know if it's pure click bait or not. Obviously N4G has some problems (no site is perfect) but it is a far cry from sites like IGN, Gamespot, or Kotaku where they shamelessly steal news and fuel fanboy wars - don't get me started on them - so personally I like the effor...

Because gaming sites/journos are easily seduced and people blindly follow them religiously.
