Hmmm, this is one of the only people I have heard give a Gimmicky report on the Gamepad. I have heard when it comes to Zombi U quite the opposite, other than the fact that it takes getting used to using as an inventory system. I remember the C buttons, and on N64 and that took getting used to. I know that the gamepad according to Activision BOPS2 developers is amazing, at least for BOPS2, and that The Wii U version is better in part because of the Gamepad. I am still a little ticked BOPS...

You would think, so many developers are making the Wii U games in 1080p and its not the power of the Wii U that kept Activision from doing it by any means. The Wii U is very capable of BOPS2 in full 1080p. Bad move Activision. The fact BOPS2 was built ground up for Wii U, and Activision loves the Gamepad,you would think they would have put that touch of TLC in and made it 1080p Oh well its still going to be the "definitive" version.

I don't know. I think that if people did not play them for Graphics or if graphics didn't matter more people would have played it on Wii. I played COD games on Wii and PS3 I personally did not mind the graphics on Wii, but would rather have the graphics of the PS3 version. I did like Playing with the Wiimote though. Oh well, 1080p or not Activision DOES say that the Wii U's version is better than other systems because of the Gamepad. Between its use for Maps, on the fly weapons switch, and the fact that you can play split screen in the same room on two separate screens. The streaming on the gamepad is perfect.
Wii U is capable of running this in 1080p,at 60FPS. If the publisher didn't do it its not because it is not possible. It will still have a better frame rate than PS3 and 360. Better frame rate =better looking game, Native 1080p or not. UH OH...Sounds like they rushed this port. That can not be good. This game and Madden I am worried about. Although Madden is not getting the same upgrades as PS3 and Xbox they still made great use of the Gamepad. From what I have read anyway. I still wish they would have given Wii U the new engine for Madden.
I loved RESIDENT EVIL on the CUBE...The last EPIC Resident Evil was #4. I liked 5 BUT it should not have been a Resident Evil game. Capcom could have done some AWESOME things on this Gens systems with Res Evil, But they haven't. I Have not played 6, but friends of mine have it and are let down to say the least.
You know the ones who Disagree are just jealous, because they talked so much smack about the Wii U, they are too ashamed to buy it. GameCube was Amazing! Are you kidding me? I wont buy Xbox, because in due time the 1st party games come out on PC and I Update my PC all of the time, as to keep it as fast as possible. Uhhh, LOL this is a stupid article. In the past consoles "looked similar" really? Yeah I can see how I would confuse a NES From a N64, Or perhaps the Gamecube for a Super Nes. This guy Does say "looked" similar. Now as for Wii and Wii U they do look very similar, but that is the first time I have seen Nintendo do that in 22 years give or take.
Guess Wii U is going to be the best for at least a year and a Half. Till Nextbox and PS4 come out. That should give Nintendo some time to kick butt!
