I understand releasing it on PS3/360, What I do not understand it why take a nearly finished game and shelve it. Also if anyone has played the demo you would know that the gamepad makes it far better than a pro-controller. Not only that but Ubi-soft has stated that the 360/PS3 could not handle all of the graphics the game pushes out, and if they were to release it on other systems the graphics would have to be downgraded. Hurry up with the Wii U version already! This port I am going to wait to pick up for Wii U, but I think I might have to rent the PS3 version. I have been waiting forever for this game. I hope it lives up to the hype Gearbox has been pushing for this. We will soon know! :)
Hmmm, I thought this was kind of silly idea when it was announced, but the more I look at this the cooler it gets. Just another added feature to many for Wii U.

I still do not understand why we have to have this discussion over and over. Wii U is not selling as well as Wii did, but far from awful. It has sold better than other console launches, so why the rehash. Why do these articles not state the NUMBERS for other consoles launches for the same amount of time and do some simple math compared to Wii U? I mean really is this too much to ask before making people think this console is doing poorly?

Yeah, and Gamecube was more powerful than PS2 and the games looked great, But yeah people act like Nintendo always puts power last, and that is just NOT TRUE! The Wii did not have enough umph, but other than that, uh no. And once again allot of people on here are too young to remember The NES, SNES,N64. Oh sure they know about them, but they did not grow up with them. Their parents did though.
Nintendo single handedly saved gameing. Yes Atari had died, Magnavox was over, and very few arcades were doing anything different. Then there was Nintendo. The first time I played Super Mario, back in 1985 I was like WOW. Yeah most of these people were not even alive back then. Then came Sega...I had the master system too. Although it was Nintendo that did it first...Sega was right there with them.
Wii U is not doing bad. It has sold more than PS360at their launch. The Wii U is almost at 4 million. I will betcha PS4/720 will not beat Wii U's numbers in their launch window. I want PS4, but I am going to wait and see what the cost is going to be before I pick one up. PS3 basic at launch $499. The Wii U has a year head start so it should have a nice base by this fall.

The Wii U is doing okay. The sales will go up when Monster Hunter/Rayman come out. I personally have never played Monster Hunter, but I am tempted to at least rent it for a couple of days and see if I like it. Now on the flip side Rayman is beautiful and very fun (well the demo is). With very limited must have game exclusives on Wii U right now some could not justify the cost of a new system. That is all changing very shortly. I was a little shocked at 360's sales though.

I for one will not buying Nextbox, and just because it is going to be powerful does not make up for the fact that Sony and Nintendo have the IPs. The past 2 years Sony has been catching up to the Xbox in sales that is for sure. Halo has been done to death, Gears of War is pretty cool, but not going to make or break me if I don't have it.
