There are so many weak and mediocre titles on that list that one could
worry about this decade.
I am HC enough to completely avoid this current generation of "gaming".
But i have to say, of all 3 obvious choices the wii appeals to me most.

I dont care what EA says, but this guy is right. Japanese games used to be creative innovative and fresh. They clearly lost their edge in the past few years. And thats a very sad thing to see cause when it comes to gaming, fresh, innovative, deep and original opposed to the mostly unoriginal crap made in the west, was what they did. Seriously who needs more and more mindless first person shooters and or uninspired 3d sandbox games?
Dont need a second analogue stick, but i would like to see a crisper, brighter display. The screen needs to be bigger as well to convince me to spend money on another psp. Also better quality onboard speakers would be cool. Oh and a faster cpu plox.

sheer level of bland, mediocre, unoriginal gameplay and massive internet hysteria.
Sonic 4 non 3d would be killer. I'd also would love to see lunar 3.

trust me, many people have no fu*king clue who samus is let alone that the metrroid figure is a chick. Everyone and their grandma know who sonic is. Article = FAIL. Also lack of pacman = even huger FAIL.

I prefer deep gameplay, no matter of platform and or sequel or new ip.
I dont even care for stories or graphics. Give me some fresh gameplay

Since you can only have 512mb of textures, cars,
sound files and the course at once in local hw memory
it doesnt make any difference for optical quality how large the storrage medium is. It only means more cars, tracks, music etc.

I wouldnt worry so much about creativity and originality; those are out of the window for years now. I would start to worry about the lack of depth and play mechanics first...
