I liked the overall art direction and the graphic engine. The first part felt badly rushed and showcased unbeliveable short commings not just in gameplay. And as you ve said the hype with those games stands in no relation to the finished(?) product. These megahype games are a sad joke. On the contray there are games like "trine", not much hype, but boy do they deliver.
I guess i m the only one that wants another TR. Am i hardcore yet :p

1680x1050 pixels with 16xAA runing at full speed. You dont get that on consoles, and it DOES look way better on PC. Even the original jamma game is Power PC based. And sadly the character models do look bad in the first place :/
