i agree man, i played Bioshock 2, and it was forgettable and felt like a less fantastic trip back to Rapture.
hopefully casuals are getting bored with gaming and are going back to tv or whatever people flock to on a whim lol.
I really came away from Bethesda's Fallout 3 and Obsidian's Fallout New Vegas extremely satisfied and had a blast playing through both! I hope Fallout 4 more detailed and has more elaborate quests and richer places to explore. I'd rather not have a huge wasteland filled with just space and mole rats lol. So hopefully Fallout 4 just improves upon what is already brought to the table by having more in depth side quests, and a more detailed environment to explore with cooler more ali...
Although I am a huge single player fan, I have often wondered why there are't games geared entirely toward just a co-op experience? I would love to play games where right out of the box its nothing but hoping online with friends and playing a game that is meant to be played with 4-8 friends cooperatively rather than the standard competitive multiplayer route.Just think of all the old gen systems like; N64, Sega Genesis, PS1 games where you'd just sit around with friends and play throu...
http://www.amazon.com/Ape-E... yes it was..
this is like watching a train derail off its tracks, the fans know where we wanted the franchise to go and capcom and ninja theory have no idea how to take it there...
@-Mika-
give it a rest already, just play video games and relax. who gives a shit which system sells better its about playing games not sales for a company you have no stake in...
Prince of Persia? Beyond Good and Evil 2? new Ape Escape!? lol.
i find it hard to believe they waited years since MGS4 to pass to start again on aging consoles, why not simply wait till the new consoles? thats why i think it's next-gen but i guess since the new consoles haven't been announced they say current consoles by default, idk who cares it'll be a radd game anyways.
sadly your are probably correct XD
some of these requests are a bit dreamy, we'll be lucky if next gen consoles make 60fps a standard. i do agree with making them closer to gaming pc's albeit not even mid-level ones but rather low level gaming pc's. but the bottom line is these consoles need to stay current and i think Microsoft and Sony should push the hardware manufactures to offer them higher end hardware for a more affordable cost since they mass produce this hardware to go in consoles that enter a much wider ...
sweeeeeeeeet. ^_^
343i seems to really be narrowing in on what makes Halo multiplayer great, and what makes it better than other games multiplayer. it seems they are getting everything right so far. can't wait to play the game, thats for sure.
capture the flag in Halo can be the most fun time on xbl, but it really rely's on if the map has good movement and geometry. that's why in my opinion Halo 1-3 had great multiplayer and that is why reach did not, and it came down to map quality, reach's multiplayer maps were mostly just copy and pasted from campaign which created lame results for multiplayer. invasion was sort of a cool addition though.
i like the box art for zombiU, but cannot stand the Wii U's header for game cases, it looks very childish with that color scheme. im not hating on Nintendo, its just the Wii's header for game cases was simple and sleek while this is simple with an odd choice for the color scheme. sorry just nit picking...
i agree the graphical upgrades from bungie's stale engine is a much needed improvement for halo. but especially the lighting lol. can't wait to play the hell out of this on the midnight launch.
i know what your saying but my point is most hardcore console gamers are ready to upgrade to next-gen, yes there are millions of people buying playstation 3 and xbox360, but c'mon xbox360 is almost 8 years old! there are always going to be people that hold out or become late adopters of established technology but for the people that keep up with gaming i think this game would do well to be ported to nex-gen so you have ideally a whole console's life cycle to play the game. rather than...
i think 3 or 4 years is good amount of time between games if the game's focus is multiplayer, if its story only, then i think 2 years is fine, but all that these multiplayer games are offering are map updates and games on the pc have been doing that for free and forever too keep a games longevity. but because consoles are limited and don't allow mods or user created maps they really force the dlc and sequels idea.
either would be too soon, how about letting a multiplayer game have a breath of air and get played out. idk why anyone would even be asking for either when BF3 just came out in 2011, let a game get played, all BF4 or BC3 would be are map updates, maybe minuscule graphical updates. these developers and publishers this gen are too eager to push out sequel after sequel, just let people play the game for a few years.
so this used to be Overstrike and now it's Fuse, correct? Regardless knowing it's Insomniac, there'll be awesome guns!
