Couldn't possibly agree more. The sad thing is, this is a double-edged sword, and to the media, Sony loses either way. They hype their game, we get articles like this. They fail to hype their games, and the media complains that Sony doesn't know how to advertise.
Damned if you do, and damned if you don't . . . if you're Sony.
To hell with this guy; I want my hyper-violence!!
In the words of Scott Hall, "Don't sing it - bring it."
In other words, hows about not running your mouth until you have something to show, because the PS3 already has titles upcoming that look even better than KZ2, and we're only inching into year 3.
Yet another site is amazed that every single shooter on the market isn't a twitch shooter, and has no idea how to play one that is not.
Come on . . . leave the bullsh!t out for a minute. Do you really mean to tell me you find nothing deceiving about the Halo Wars commercials?
You know as well as I do that most of the fanbase won't bother playing the demo . . . it's Halo; they think they know what to expect. True, it's their bad for not doing the homework, but the commercial does nothing to make them think they NEED to do any homework.
That game is nearly a year old. I loved MGS4, but I don't see myself playing it again anytime soon.
Why do you think Sony bought them? They saw the potential before anyone else did. I have no idea how they saw it given their previous games at that point, but they saw it.
And they THINK they solved it? What the sh!t is this?
I'm picky about my podcasts. I'm not sold on this one.
You never know. Killzone 2 didn't.
If you are buying games just to have some sort of bragging rights in this idiotic console war, then you are an idiot. I just buy what I want.
They've admitted to being 360 fanboys. So now can we start ignoring them?
And yes, I'm aware that this is actually a good article for KZ2, but that's not as important to me. KZ2 sees plenty of good press, and will continue to do so given that the game is excellent.
Exactly. I can't wait to see what those peons have to say now.
There's a good chance it'll be PS3 exclusive. R* does what they want to do. When it comes to their games, it's usually a matter of making them the best possible game that they can be. DVD9 just can't handle that, and don't give me the multiple disk crap; the game would be broken. People like to bring up the whole VC and GTA3 loading screens, but seem to forget that even the PSP GTAs in those cities didn't have that issue.
They're going to want to move forward. They're going ...
That was actually funny as all hell. Loved it.
I could tell you the name, but won't as it's a friend.
Don't you mean "20 million?" What happened? Ran out of fingers and toes to count with?
is playing it. I haven't seen that happen since GTA4 came out. KZ2 is doing fine
"I'm sure 9 million people and MLG disagree"
I sat here and watched the joke fly right over your head. Next time, how's about you actually READ the article before posting?
