Couldn't agree more. The main GS I go to here in Reno don't play that anymore, but a lot of the other ones do. I've seen employees blatantly lie about the PS3.
Two weeks ago I went to one because my g/f was shopping and I wasn't going in that store, so I went to hang out in the GS. A guy was asking about online services, and the employee told him about XBL and what it did and how much it cost. The guy asked how much the PS3 cost, and the employee said "I'm not sure, but ...
So, after word got out on the net, they figured out the PR nightmare this situation would cause, and reversed it.
Imagine my surprise.
Are you kidding? Last year's was GREAT!
"Hey, hardcore Nintendo fans! Thank you for all of your support and financial contributions over the years! You guys are awesome!
Now . . . go **** yourselves; we don't need you anymore! We're going after your parents, your grandparents, and that baby you just had a few months ago! You want games? Fine - here's some **** that we put out on the DS. We renamed it, added a few sections, and made it waggle controlled! ...
I agree about Alan Wake. When it comes out, it'll be the third ever 360 game I've been interested in (Mass Effect and Fable 2 precede it). Remedy is a good team, and it looks to be a game to keep on the radar.
I'm sure MS is going to make major announcements at GDC and E3 . . . because if they don't, they're ****ed. Sony is bringing their big guns this year, and a few bits of exclusive DLC is NOT going to cut it against what Sony is bringing to the table.
As for S...
It just doesn't FEEL right.
This E3 should be fairly epic. Both companies will have to bring their big guns.
Oh . . . and maybe Nintendo will come out with WiiCare, a balance board, wii motion plus using daycare simulator.
So, it can't be true.
This tool is acting like doing things with Home is preventing them from upgrading the FW, and that's two different teams in two entirely different countries. This guy needs to think, then speak.
where do you find this stuff?
Someday, there will be a PlayStation 4.
I mean, come on; no **** the Wii is going to do that. The Wii is aimed at the casual gamer, and for every one of us (the hardcore), there are 300 of them.
Jealous fanboy-fest?
We may as well get used to that; we have a LOT of exclusive games coming this year that'll cause that sort of envy.
Yup, I need that date. So I can clear a week off my schedule.
I certainly hope not.
Edit: LMAO @ Voozi! Damn disagree fairy! *shakes fist*
We're in the first few months of an open beta. It's all coming in time.
I went ahead and did it. Figured, why the hell not?
I thought I was the only one.
But I don't think even they can handle this.
Besides, they probably got letters like this themselves when MS laid them off.
......this is seriously wow. I can't believe ANY company would do this.
Well, he was actually running Beyond this week, so he had to focus more on that. I haven't listened to Scoop yet because I haven't gone running yet today, and that's when I listen to my podcasts.
I could remove your last bubble as well.
