I too am somewhat shocked by this. Uncharted 2: The Cure for Fanboyism!
Fantastic news from a fantastic dev team. Loving Uncharted 2, and will love chatting to other people while I'm playing it SP!
Absolutely hated it. It's like a not-so-good version of DMC with worse music and controls.
So, basically, it'll never happen.
Uh...how are they 'milking' something that to the gaming market is a new IP? Also, hate to break this to you, but Konami does far more than MGS, Capcom put out two new IPs already this gen and is working on a third (Lost Planet, Dead Rising, and Dark Void), Namco-Bandai...well, look at the list ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wik... ), and Nintendo...okay, I'll give you that one.
Point is, just beca...
About what I expected. I may still rent it; I'm actually a fan of the series.
That's funny as hell! I like the fact that when you jump into that pool, which isn't even a goal or something you're 'supposed' to do, there's dialog for that which you wouldn't have otherwise heard.
I don't see why I got disagrees; I'm still signed in right now.
I'm signed in, as are 15 of my friends. My roomate has been signed in all morning, and was in PlayStation Home until 40 minutes ago.
This guy SUCKS.
I played Warhawk for a bit over two years. There were 3 DLC packs, and even a patch that added two game modes and two new weapons. The game cost $60 WITH A HEADSET.
It was a 32 player epic battle, with tanks, 4x4s, planes, and through DLC added dropships, APCs, and jetpacks.
The game was constantly patched to make it better, adding both trophy support and custom soundtracks, as well as the upgrades I mentioned above.
Again, it was $60 with a headset, o...
Gee, I seem to recall seeing this somewhere before. Hmm, let me think...

Just finished watching it. Yeah, fantastic interview here; Jack really did a good job, and even gave props to the competitors for what they do well. Nicely done.
And yet, Uncharted 2 is the same price as the first one was.
Well, I hate to point out the glaringly obvious here, but...what if you already have a PS3? What then? Yeah, the current model is only $299. For late adopters, that's great news and all, but I already have the best PS3 model that has ever or will ever be on the market. So to me, the price comparison between the two is a waste of time because I'm not going to rebuy something that has less features than the one I already own.
The PSP Go, however, can do things that my launch PS...
And how do you figure the Go is a ripoff?
Also, we recorded a video aftershow! I'm uploading it to YouTube right now; will post here when it's up. We had a lot of fun doing that, so if you guys like it, we'll try to make it a regular thing.
LMAO! This is funny as hell! Also, I thought many of the same things when I saw this trailer. Why does Sony use actual in-game footage to advertise their games and MS usually doesn't?
That IS funny when you think about it. Pot-->Kettle-->Black doesn't even begin to cover it.
The tech isn't even SLIGHTLY close.
