Gameplay is also good, and graphics aren't terrible.

LAN parties were my favorite thing ever!
Hell even system links were awesome, just hooking up a couple xbox's with some friends and playing some halo 2.

Personally, I believe, anyone that has vista right now should have a cheap upgrade path.
After having to put up with vista for so long :/
I still play Warhawk, and when I just have those days where I'm hating Cod4, I pop in Cod3.
