Nearly 10 million people bought MWF 2 in the frist 2 weeks and this is the thanks they get, poor community support, bugged gameplay, and cheaters.

1-2 sounds pretty normal.
I'm so glad i waited to buy this game, and now i have made up my mind not to get it, not until they fix these hack issues on both versions. I can imagine how hard it must be for gamers on both sides to enjoy this game when people are just hacking and cheating.

Sony also made damn sure they had a few ad placements during the break of the show. There were PlayStation commercial at every break.
Rock Steady earned it. B:AA was amazing.
Increased console sales.
Up the anti on 1st party games.
Better relationship with 3d party dev's.
Amazing ad campaigns.
And they remained humble the whole way through.
2009 belongs to Sony.
The game looks pretty good, was it game play, anybody knows?

Waaaay too much hype for the VGA's so be ready for disappointments. To all gamers out there be steady and don't follow the hype the Amarican media likes to create.
We have been let down before, keep this in mind.
The game did not sell like Halo or GOW2, so the MS fanboys wont hail or praise it, but make that be a game from Sony that did not meet Halo like sales expectations and it will be all doom for Sony.
Fanboys and unprofessional journalism will destroy this industry.
But even better world wide. Haters will try and down play an 88% lift YOY but you can't, not when everybody else is falling YOY.
Sony went up against a $199, and $299 Xbox360, an Xbox360 Elite MW2 bundle, and finally a $99 Xbox360 at Wall-Mart, and Sony still managed to keep up on their competitors by selling 700k PS3 in a region some claim Sony have lost.

The PS2 now cost $99.
People who are buying the Slim already know that the Slim does not support BC, Sony tells you on the box, inside the box, and inside the user Manual.
