Where does it say that this is illegal, have you ever read the terms of use for your PS3, Sony can do whatever they want to do with the system.
Sony should put a count down clock into the PS3 system, if you do not connect to the PSN in a week or month the PS3 bricks itself.
The only way to turn the system on is to call Sony and have them remote reactivate it, or send out the PS3 to them for repairs.
Once Sony gets the system they check for hacks, if they find a hack they can fine you or send you back your brick system unimpaired. The only way to remote reactivate it is if you allow them to install the latest FW on the...

The user agreement from 2009 clearly states that you cannot tamper with the Ps3 software system. Sony can take these guys to court and win if they updated to any version since December 2009.
Read the agreement here in the link.
About time, now pre install this in ever new ps3 and watch the hackers go nuts wasting their time trying to keep up.
Yea me too, i have 5 PS3 and 3 PSP, but i only have 1 of each. I think my brother in law uses my account sometimes, but that dont explain the other 3.
PlayerX you are wrong.
"The Gran Turismo video game series has been one of the most popular over its lifetime, appealing to an audience ranging from casual gamers to fans of realistic PC racing sims. Because of the success of the Gran Turismo series, Guinness World Records awarded the series 7 world records in the Guinness World Records: Gamer's Edition 2008. These records include "Largest Number of cars in a Racing game", "Highest Selling PlayStation...
Where is the trailer?
The guy seems like a casual Wii gamer, both him and his wife, that alone tells me that he is a noob, much less comparing GT5 to NFS:HP graphically and saying that the later looks better.
He is however entitled to his opinion, as ignorant as it is.
"Another thing that came up in our little chat, was something that I have always been curious about. I wrote about this earlier this year: Why is it that PlayStation Network evolves so slowly when compared to Xbox Live? And how come the social features aren’t up to par with today’s standard? “Well”, he said, “the main reason for that, is because all the big decisions are still being made in Japan.
That’s where they develop the core firmware as well. And we’ve been trying...
That was an amazing read, one of the best articles ever posted on n4g.com. All gamers should be in here reading this story.
Basically Sony's management screwed up on what Marks was trying to develop and let Nintendo beat them to market, and it's good to know that they could have brought out a Natal like product but decided not after testing it. Lets see if Sony can vindicate themselves.
Move is Day one for me. Can't wait.
Nice ...
I swear, sometimes Sony just need to be called out on some of the dumb decisions they make. Why the hell would you make it on rails? Jess Sony i was looking forward to this game, now forget it.
WOW, who ever talked MS into sending this to GT as a promo must be fired.
I found this photo on the GT forums, i cant stop laughing.
Then all Activision is doing is making themselves vulnerable. EA is pushing the PS3 hard and they still show love to the 360, if Acti dont want to adopt this method as a 3rd party developer by fully supporting both platforms, then EA will just dominate the 1st person shooter market on the PS3, all 37 million of them.
This guy does some of the best vids on any move related topics, and he is very informative. Add that web site to your favs guys, you will be visiting it a lot.
Wait until you see this guy play ping pong on the ps move.
Metal Gear Solid 4: Complete?
Sounds good to me. Move support and Trophies is all i would need to put down $29 on DLC version or $50 on the disc version.
....but Sony dropped the ball on launch Move titles, nothing really compelling, we pretty much have to wait until Jan-April 2011 before we see anything worth playing on the PS Move.
Like some have pointed out the hardware is getting some very favorably reviews, but the software is getting hammered. This comes as no surprise as launch titles are always bad. I have faith in Sony, i know that 2011 is where they are going to start delivering great Move games. We will just have to...
The only thing we need to think about is our allowance or disposable income, dont factor M$ into this equation, they make Billions a Quarter so no sympathy for them, where as most of us here most likely dont crack $40k a year and have to pay rent/mortgage, car loan, and school loans out of that. People are on a very tight budget now a days.
Screw M$, $10 price hike is too much, and it surely is not worth it, not while the competition offers nearly the same thing it for free. ...
It has nothing to do with Sony, Judges dont come in infinite supply, something came up, the judge took the day off, and the court could not cover the open shift in time, simple as that.
Now Sony and the hackers have more time to review their cases before they present it to court.
Business Failure is Dreamcast and PSP being hacked and pirated to death.
