Quality-wise, definately. It's like a very good 20h long interactive Hollywood movie with top notch acting, great set pieces and beliveable, sympathetic characters. This game deserves every single bit of praise it gets.
You finished it last night but are already on Survivor+? This makes no sense at all. You have to finish it twice (1x normal and 1x on Survivor) to play on Survivor+.
On another note, the enemy (human) AI is one of the best ever. And the Infected AI acts just like it's explained in the game (Runners are controlled by the Cordiceps so they're basically Zombies and Clickers have no sight)
The friendly AI sometimes runs into enemies but ND made a good decision mak...
How can you win by spending 1200$ on hardware alone lol
I for one have other hobbies than gaming and spending 500$ on a console that's inferior to a 400$ console is just unexplainable to me.
I for one am still judging a win by the device that was better for ME - and this can only be the PS3 because of the reasons xReDeMpTiOnx stated and some more like the incredible value of Playstation Plus or the fact that I didn't need another BluRay player in the last 5 years.
THIS!
I couldn't care less about Microsoft's E3 showing because Xbox360 showed me over the last 3 years that Microsoft only supports it's console in the beginning and let's the third party continue once enough people bought the Xbox. Sony invests heavily in first party exclusives and that's the biggest reason why I have never even considered getting a Xbox console. Nintendo on the other hand will get my money eventually, because of the sane reason - first party sup...
I would too. But I'm glad it's only 399.
Quality-wise, in my opinion it's without a doubt the best game in this console generation. It showed me that games still have a long way to go. Naughty Dog took the first into next gen already with it.
You shouldn't get disagrees for that, it's the truth. Indies are praising the PS4 at the moment and I'm looking forward to the games they'll make for it. Next-gen we will see a lot more small, downloadable titles thanks to the self publishing.
No, it turned the PSN into a graveyard with noone speaking at all. I'm very happy that a headset is included with every PS4, even if it's not top notch quality.
At least everyone has one and can communicate through it. If there is none inside, there will be quite a few people who won't bother buying one, just like on the PS3.
They could use that as a marketing tool at this point.
"Xbox One, find out what you paid for - this holiday!"
^This is hoping, not expecting. I don't know anyone who's really looking forward to using Kinect. People only want the Xbone now because of a few (timed?) exclusives.
^Shame? Why?
Either someone agrees with him or not, just as the PS4 can wait for you the Xbone can wait for other people.
This demo is mainly for GT Academy purposes, not to showcase the final game. And it's much better than the last GT Academy demo. Plus the new menus look really slick.
Demo gameplay, I'd rather see some night/weather gameplay at this point. Curious how much they improved it.
TV, TV, TV ...watercooler!
[Don't feed the troll]
Which drugs are you on, Doritos?
You haven't seen anything yet. Just throwing in some random words, Sony Santa Monica, Media Molecule, Naughty Dog. Did you sleep under a rock this gen or do you really think that this is all the PS4 has to offer?
This is my #1 reason, too. Sony has the only console aimed mainly at core gamers and the first party games reflect this perfectly. No Kinect-like gimmicks or motion controls, no restrictions at all but instead regularly new IP's and generally a lot of value for your money. I didn't have to think twice about preordering the PS4.
