Both consoles will sell just fine once the must-haves drop. At the moment, both consoles have just mediocre lineups for 2014... 2015 is where this generation really starts to shine.
Good for VR and the gaming industry, bad for Zuckerberg... so good news overall. I don't support the Facebook aquisition but it's great that they are now able to milk this annoying "company" to fulfill their vision. On the other hand I'm pretty sure that Facebook won't let this money-milking go unnoticed and they'll probably develop some questionable "features" for the consumer version... the first one should be that you'll need a Facebook account t...
And people should understand that these dedicated developers are being hired in relation to the ressources that were previously put in that department ...of course Photo Mode will improve and I'm looking forward to it but nonetheless they need to focus on other departments if they want to make a truly amazing Gran Turismo again.
What? The first thing I'm doing in almost every racing-game is turn off the music and enjoy the engine and car sounds, I'm not playing it for the music.. and judging by the quality of the Audio trailer I'll probably never turn on the music in this game.
Good to hear, actually the low level cap and the fact that Bungie doesn't talk about playtime are the only things currently worrying me about this game. But they kinda convinced me that there is enough content for a minimum of 40 hours with the possibility of multiple playthroughs with different characters. At the moment, Destiny is my most wanted game and it couldn't be better that it launches on my birthday =)
Wrong choice in my opinion...
Either you put ressources into a photo mode or into the game itself. Photo mode is awesome already, there are other parts that need work.
Oh yes, white is the best color for a PS4. It looks so stylisch with the LED on the front.
Personally I'd go for the white Destiny bundle... actually I'm thinking about selling my PS4 and getting that :D
But you can't go wrong with TLOU either.
Nice! Only good news since the delay, can't wait for it. Luckily Amazon gave me a 50$ voucher for my preorder so I'll get the game for 20 bucks on day1 <3
Photomode? Yeah, whatever... focus on racing please. The driving physics are pretty good already but it needs a new AI and better collision physics. A damage model would be appreciated as well.
Nothing on any system matches this game... I'm still excited to play it again after 3 playthroughs and 20+ hours with the multiplayer.
Indeed, HYPE INTENSIFIES
One of the games I'm really looking forward to.
Yeah it was very fun to play a cyborg ninja that can't even dodge... and the blocking mechanics were horrible to say the least. If there is one developer (other than Nintendo) that knows how to create fun gameplay it's From Software.
And I disagree with that :D
I know I'm in the minority but I didn't finish Bayonetta, didn't finish Vanquish and even MGS Rising annoyed me. I'm still hoping for the original concept of MGS Rising but I'm not interested in another hackfest from Platinum. It doesn't deserve the name Metal Gear.
Bloodborne is as big as everything announced at E3 multiplied by 3. My new PC & iPhone wallpaper is that maniac with the saw cleaver. Not even Witcher or Uncharted excite me that much.
Fortunately Destiny is made of GOTY material.
@Volkama: So we're fanboys now because we agree with over 200 Game Of The Year awards? And you're suddenly not the one who's siding with Xbox all the time? I'm not claiming that you're running any stealth agenda here but there is a good reason people disagreed with you.
Don't temper your expectations. Expect the best game you've played yet and enjoy the ride. News like these bring back my excitement about this game big time, can't wait to play it for the fourth time =)
The multiplayer + DLC's are going to be glorious with these visuals and a unified player base.
I never said it's going to take off, of course PS4 will continue dominating in the future. Uncharted 4, The Order 1886 and Bloodborne are all top-tier system sellers in their own way and Microsoft hasn't anything that comes close to these titles except of Halo 5 and Quantum Break. Not to mention The Last Guardian, Gran Turismo 7 or all these first party studios that are working on unnanounced games. The Xbox One will of course continue selling moderate amounts but the gap is only goin...
