EDIT: interesting, it seems that he hints at it being in the sequel (well not exactly hinting but he explained it didn't happen in horizon zero dawn while not talking about romance in the continuation of the franchise), i really don't have a problem with it and it's great just don't make romance the main focus or anything like that and it'll be fine by me.
the witcher 3 could be praised for many things but not it's combat. it's combat was really bad in my opinion. whether this would have good combat i don't know.

the numbers in the article are laughable. by the article the one x will sell more than the one s in the same time period. it says that the xbox family will have 63 mil units by 2021 (don't count on that) and that 17 milion of them will be the X1X if we assume that the xbox one now has 30 mil that means that the 16 mil left will be the X1S which makes no sense at all.
my guess: by 2021 the xbox family would reach 50mil, 5 milion would be X1X. much reasonable as it means that the 1...

i'll try to stay in the middle on this one and say good luck MS. i and nobody here have a real idea what will happen. could be that the X1X would sell incredibly well because of 4k adoption and it could sell badly because of price and ps4pro. it all depends on causals so we can't really know until it happend. either way competition is good so good luck.

i have been waiting for this video. Insomniac ain't playing around:
top level of motion blur, animations, no pop-in, mostly great framerate (other than the scene with the chopper firing at spiderman which had a slight drop that'll probably be fixed), shadows are sharp and you can see them pretty far away, their temporal injection method for the pro works incredibly well, huge open world and incredible enviorment. can't wait for this.

so in short, a true 4k machine means... not being true 4k? then what makes the ps4 pro not true 4k, and before people say that the one x support more games rendering at 2160p/c then you are getting stuck on how many games is enough therefor making the pro a true 4k machine as well.

if you think that the age of exclusives is coming to an end think again. the latest spiderman trailer has already gotten more than 20 milion views when combining multiple youtube videos (only marvel's upload and MathChief - Gameplay & Trailers!'s upload alone have almost 19 milion views together). the only game that i have seen beat him in views is origins (although spider man trailer has the most views on a single video, even more than super mario)
i wonder how much would Bethesda tone down the graphics for this though. Fallout 4 runs at 30fps so the VR version would probably miss a lot of stuff.
i am surprised the difference is less than 400 TBH. sony annoucned 2 games with one being exlcusive while MS announced a console. you would expect coverage to be a lot higher.
i would have been surpirsed if it hadn't reached native 4k at 60 fps. it looks very simple graphically.
Why are people so surprised by this? This game is one of the best looking ones I have seen, and it's an open world game which makes it harder to be 60fps.
