This is the problem I had in mind as well. They are going to release games, but releasing two versions of the game for different consoles isn't going to work out.
A lot more people have a 3DS, hell I have one and it's a great console. Why would they go out and nearly £300 for a few games when you can get those same games on your 3DS...
I haven't bought anything from GAME for well over a year now. The prices are ridiculous and they don't sell anything sealed. They open up the games and put everything in little plastic bags inside the case.
ShopTo and Simplygames are the best sites for preorders. Amazon and Play usually have the cheapest prices for already released games.
They just need to release the software and it might bring more people in.
It won't bring in the same people who bought a Wii, you didn't have to worry about the cost of the Wii.
They really should of had games prepared for launch because the games they are releasing at the moment aren't system sellers at all. If they had SSB, Zelda and a few other titles it would of stood a better chance.
So far, SSB isn't being released until...
So you have to spend $60 on the game within 30 days of it launching and trade it in before the end of the year to upgrade it to it's next gen counterpart. You get $50 and now you have to spend another $10 to get the same game for a next gen console...
So you have spent $70 on the same game...
Why not just wait till the next gen version comes out and spend only $60...
I don't mind sequels, but if they are pumping out sequels every one or two years, it can get boring. They most likely aren't spending a lot of time perfecting the story.
Take GTA for example. They don't pump out those games very often, but when one gets announced it gets a huge following and it does amazing in sales. I appreciate the game more knowing I have to wait like half a decade before a new one is released.
The only yearly release that does...
If people are willing to buy one if they drop the price, then they should do it and make money from software.
I don't play my Wii U much, but I hope sales do pick up. I'm also looking forward to some of the future titles.
I don't think golding really cares how much your roommate's step-sister earns...

If it's anything like the original MHFO, they will cap the game to a specific HR. Can't remember how low it was, but I think the Yian Kut Ku was the strongest monster you could fight without a subscription.
That's because it was originally released in 2007. The graphics haven't been changed since then.
The game is great, but if you have been playing MH3U, it will feel like a downgraded version because of the lack of MH3 monsters, underwater battles, switch axe, etc. It would like playing MHF2 again.
This game won't get a western release, the series just isn't as popular outside of Japan. If they were to release outside of Japan, they would have t...
As much as I enjoyed MHFO years ago, it would feel like a downgrade after playing MH3U for so long.
You can't go underwater and there are no new monsters from MH3U, but there are plenty of new monsters that aren't in any other MH game.
There is no switch axe either.
The game was great back when I was playing the PSP MH games because it felt like an upgrade.
I do agree about the library. I think sometimes it's just best to wait before buying a console.
It was the same with the Vita for me, I still don't have one, but I can that it's library is going to get better.
For the 3DS, I'm going to be getting:
Animal Crossing
Donkey Kong Country Returns
Mario & Luigi Dream Team
Project X Zone
Super Mario 3D Land
Tales Of The Abyss
TLoZ Oc...
To be honest, the 3D still doesn't interest me. It just f***s with my eyes, so I turn it off and play the game normally.
It was obviously the main selling point of the console though, they needed something to show that it's different from a DS. Hence the name, 3DS, yet both Fire Emblem and Harvest Moon don't really take advantage of the 3D. Just makes the game more blurry...
When it was first released, it didn't really interest me. I thought the 3D was a gimmick, but I got the Fire Emblem LE last month and it's a great console.
I decided to buy Harvest Moon Tale of Two Towns through the store along with Harvest Moon GB and TLoZ Oracle Series.
I plan on getting more games for it. Even though some of the digital games cost more than physical copies, it's just more convenient to have them digitally.
What im getting from this ia that u can access your games from any x1 if you sign into your account. This might mean we don't need to redownload those games, we just stream it from the servers.
If so, this is great for people who say visit friends often, you dont have to take discs or even your consolw. Just sign in and stream the game.
I don't really care for GAME. The prices are ridiculously high.
I saw Remember Me, "brand new" being sold for £42 in GAME. I go in there to see what the prices are like every few weeks or every month. I can get that game from Amazon for about £30, brand new and sealed.
I'm just waiting like a year before getting either console. I've missed out on too many games this gen and still have games on my shelf I want to finish off.
Hopefully, by the time I decide to get an X1 or PS4, it might be a bit cheaper, or a revision has been released.
I think they should stick with the 2D side scrolling Rayman.
The first one and Origins were the only ones I enjoyed.
If it's a good game and worth the subscription, then I don't see the problem.
There are plenty of games that started out as being P2P, but ended up being F2P. Some MMO's are good, but maybe not good enough to be P2P.
I hope this game is good. I was in the original Beta and got the CE of the original game, so I had early access and the game was just boring. They didn't really change anything from Beta to Retail.
I played a bit ...
I'm sure the game is going to fun and amazing, but it was a bad idea to push the date back.
It's going to be overshadowed by bigger titles. It's going up against games like:
Final Fantasy XIV
Lost Planet 3
Diablo III
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix
GTAV
These are pretty big games being released within 2 or 3 weeks.
I bet GTAV already has the upper hand against all of these titles and it...
Isn't this something that any company would do?
If Sony knew that their console wasn't getting enough preorders due to certain issues, do you think they would remove this issue because of their fanbase? Probably not.
Every company wants money, it doesn't matter if they have different views on whats right and wrong, they will do anything to make money. Sony knows what will get them the sales so they stuck with it, Microsoft decided to try something...
