I don't think everyone was mocking the fish AI, seemed to be exclusive to the online gaming community. The people who did buy probably aren't bothered about it...
To be honest, as much as I complain about CoD, it's the only FPS that offers online split-screen. I like that feature and more developers should implement it.
I don't understand these console wars sometimes... People seem to pick and choose which one won in which category, country, or whatever.
Why can't people pick their console, play on it and leave it at that? If one outsells the other, great, it doesn't give me or you any more money. It just means that company is getting more money than the other... Does it mean that the other company isn't making any profit or getting any sales? No...
If the that retailer isnt selling any of those systems, it's not doing very good...
What im getting from this is that most people aren't pro sony or pro ms. Whatever is available, they will just buy it.
I don't see how some people are disagreeing with people that say its good to have competition; because it's true. A sports team isn't going to train hard if they know the other team isn't going to put much effort into their training.
Me too. I played the hell out of the first two. I'm actually hoping they offer split-screen online like CoD. Me and my brother are both looking forward to the game, if it is split-screen, it might even replace CoD.
To be honest, it's a great couch co-op game.
I've always wanted to play Battlefield with my brother, split-screen, but it's never supported...
CoD however offers that. We can play Zombies or online without having to buy a second console.
Why haven't they got 4oD?? The only apps I use are 4oD, YT and NOW TV.
Go with the console that has games and features that interest you. I'm not saying to stick to just one console, if you can afford the other console in the future, you can still experience that consoles exclusives.
For me, I'm getting an X1 due to the games it currently has and will have in the future. I will get a PS4 maybe in a year or so because it also has games that interest me.
It's an alright deal, you're only saving £10. I would rather just get the PS4 and a couple of games instead.
It's based on the anime series... The series contains quite a lot of blood, violence and even death at time. Great series though :D
Romance Dawn refers to Oda's (the mangaka) first stories when he worked as an assistant.
The UK prices are still expensive. You can get most of these games for about £45 to £50, even that is expensive. I'm hoping everything starts to drop in price as this generation progresses.
GT6 also has microtransactions. There was an article about it yesterday i think.
Just because phone tech is advancing, doesn't mean it's stopped for other devices.
If you really think phones and tablets are going to give you same experience as a console, you are quite wrong. Just take a look at the OUYA and Gamestick. I don't hear about those two devices anymore, does it even have support by top developers at all?
I'm not saying phones and tablets won't reach the the same level as consoles and PC's, it will happen....
By the time a phone reaches that amount of power, won't consoles and PC's be even further than that??
I don't think I could play another DBZ fighting game again. I loved the 3 Budokai games way too much. I preferred having to perform combo's to be able to do a Kamehameha Wave or a Spirit Bomb, but ever since it transitioned to a more free-roaming fighting game, I lost interest.
I've never peed in a bottle because I didn't want to miss something in a game. Hell, I've probably only peed in a bottle a couple of times while going on holiday when there was no access to a toilet.
I hate the feeling of not washing my hands after going to the toilet, or doing anything really. I also don't like to eat when playing games, especially finger foods that get the controller greasy.
If this is true, I'm happy with that. I don't keep my stuff on standby anyway, everything gets turned off when I am not using it.
Just a waste of money.
EDIT: I usually don't game till like 6:30pm anyway, so leaving it on standby would be a waste of money if I'm not going on it till that time.
Also, the cost of gas and electricity has increased over here in the UK.
If you leave all of your devices on standby f...
I don't think it's going to really matter with games like these. You will going past most of the environment way too quickly to even care.
I mean, for the first few times you will look at how amazing it all looks, but after that, you will just play it.
I wouldn't use it either, I enjoy starting a game, especially a racing game, with a crappy banged up car and building my way to the top.
Hell, I still go back to Midnight Club: LA every once in a while and razz around in my MK1 Golf.
I just feel people are not interested in the experience and just want to get to the end of the game and move on. I don't want to do that, I just spent £40 on something and I like to make it last. I'm not going to...
I was thinking of getting this for the PS3, but might wait for the PS4 release.
