smart idea but its too bad lots of people bought this game day 1 to stake claim in a good name im sure my league "Super Friends" will change along with my main character "Darkest Knight" (espesially bummed about that one considering the green lantern expansion thats about to come out) oh well Its not like i still have a active account, but knowing my name will be changed will make it a lot harder for me to give the game a try again.

how hard is it to understand that games with online components take money to maintain? the pass is for online and youre acting like you cant play the game without it.
if a game developer/publisher wants to include an online option and your not willing to give your money to the people that made the game why should they let you play something you didnt contribute to?
thinking youre entitled to something thats costs money to keep going i.e. multiplay and not sup...

btw i dont see used games as evil just dont see saving 5 dollars and not contributing to a games success as a good deal. If im not sure about a game or dont see alot of replay value, i will wait till its on sale.
I just think a quality game developer deserves my money more than a used game dealer, thats all.
@rocket sauce lol none i havent bought a cd since 2003 plus i rent my movies from blockbuster. good point though used cd's and dvd are just as bad since the people that trade em in get almost nothing for them. but you cant compare games to other forms of media considering the passes involve online play and that costs the game developers money to maintain.

i didnt know El Shaddai comes out so soon, its demo was alot of fun and i really enjoyed the art style. Catherine is getting my video game money this month but i'm sure i'll pick up El Shaddai once the price drops a bit.

i read an article about oblivion talking about there AI and how scuma addicts would kill for money and scuma, so me and a buddy duped about a thousand scuma all over a town hoping the addicts would at least pick it up but all it did was make the game crash whenever i went back to that village. even though it didnt work me and my buddy had a great time laughing at what we hoped would happen.
@xtruthx @keisersosay no mhe doesnt mean HDMI 1.4v cause theres no regulations on what a 1.4 hdmi cable needs to include, you can have a 1.4 cable that doesnt support 3D or ethernet. i understand what you're saying but 4 dollars a month for PS+and about 40-60 dollars of content a month feels pretty damn close to free.
agree, Alan Wake would have been cool on PS3 and so would have Lost Odyssey. But last I checked both titles flopped on Xbox, so not too sure if anyone could say it could affect sony's momentum.
by fair support you mean a few 1st party titles.
