Considering I downloaded and installed the entire 29GB of assassins creed IV in 45mins on my ps4 and haven't had a disc take more then a couple minutes to install I say you're full of it and have no actual experiance.

Power does matter but optimization is what realizes that power which is why spec for spec a console will stomp a pc every time. I like having power but i also like less hassels to get the power. It was never ment to, its a game. I can play anything with strings but still enjoyed the games for what they were. Rocksmith can teach people to play but to me it wasn't any fun and i could learn using tabs faster.
It could work as long as they don't over saturate the market like las time. We only need one game and make new instruments stand alone for people who want them but not nessasary. We don't need a new game each year, i say sell a 12 month season pass each year that comes with all dlc would be best.
Npd is north america only so the bigest sales are during christmas and tax refund time. Everything sells good during those times in america so its nothing special. Those same months was the best for the competition, pc, tvs, phones and any other big ticket items you can think of.

Just go to gamestop or whatever your countries store is and put the minimum $5 or so down on it to get the beta code. That'll give you a little over a month to try it and oif you don't like it just change your money to something else or get a refund.
The country thing is old news and bs. The x1 is still LOSING in ALL 13 countries. 1/3 of ps4 and 1/2 of x1 sales are in north america alone. All those extra countries YOU keep bringing up might equal 1% of the total sales of any console which makes them insignificant. Don't you understand that if the x1 can't pull ahead in any of its strongest markets that the microscopic sales of all these small markets that make up almost nothing in the total world wide sales will not make a noticab...

Anyway, any pro gamer should be able to play with any controller on any system at least close to equally but having said that if you're going to limit tournaments to only one platform then by winning you still can't claim to be the best, only the best on that platform. I personally think all 3rd party competitive games should have a cross platform multiplayer if anything at least in a LAN setting if not online as well.
