Wait, I thought the whole conduit thing in the infamous universe started around the time of coles story? Wasn't it something to do with the core, a modern invention that gave him his power? Personally I think jumping around in time wouldn't make sense and probably ruin what could be a great series. I think they got it right with second son, a few years down the line, new hero, new location, new problem, just continue on forward.
You forgot the part where one console that has its stock spread across 48 territories has still outsold its competition in all 13 territories individually that its launched in. Don't see why people keep bringing up the number of territories when there's still not ONE territory that X1 is actually leading in, hell they're even behind on their home turf in America by over a quarter mil lol.
Not really, I still don't care about buying it myself. I just think ea screwed up making it exclusive. To each their own I guess, I just think there's better out there and tf feels like a casual game for people with no real fps skills.
The way I see it is what is a vr headset really? Its 2 screens projecting slightly different images to cause a 3d effect right? So what does the system have to be capable of to do that? Last I checked lots of games are capable of rendering 2 separate images we call that split screen multiplayer which in my opinion seems like it should be even more resource hungry since it has to keep up with what 2 separate players are doing at the same time. Then you got 3d rendering which games have been do...
Maybe they just think black ops 3 will be more awesome in vr then waving your hands to navigate the menus?
Jaguar, or Family 16h, is the codename for the next generation low-power SoC microarchitecture by AMD. It forms the basis for four product families, Kabini aimed at notebooks and mini PCs, Temash aimed at tablets, Kyoto aimed at micro-servers, and the G-Series aimed at embedded applications. In addition to the previous four product families, this microarchitecture also forms the basis for AMD's Semi-Custom Business Unit. Both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One use chips based on the Jagua...
I've said the same thing many times but some people like kingduqc down below just don't seem to be able to grasp that concept. Hell he thinks that the 1.6ghz and things already make it obsolete but I've got a 6 year old gaming pc at 3.4ghz that cant even produce graphics at current ps3 levels. Its one of the reasons I gave up on pc gaming. It costs too much to stay ahead in hardware and to me its way more comfortable to play from the couch with a controller then a mouse and keyboa...
@gozer. Don't know what you're smoking buddy but I would say that most people buy a "gaming console" for "gaming". I could care less about it controlling my other devices because last I checked my remote already does that and pretty flawlessly too. Its quality over quantity. I may not have my cable and last gen console ran through it but I know when I put an actual "game" in my "game console" I'm getting the best quality "gaming experie...
Idk I have bought 8 games for my ps4 not counting the free games I got with ps+ and I've got 3 preordered. I'd say I'm pretty attached lol.
I didn't say that it couldn't be used for some things just that there's no way it can give the exponential performance boost they claimed. You cant put out a house fire with a hose the size of a straw, you might extinguish a few coals but over all as a total you've accomplished little improvement.
@apollo. You forgot to include the retailers profit. A portion of that $29-$19 if not most of it goes to gamestop, walmart, amazon ect. Stores don't just sell stuff at cost unless they're trying to just get rid of it to make way for new inventory.
Of course its bs. You cant expect a system that does calculations in GBs per second to magically gain power from a remote server on a connection in MBs per second. It may do some streaming of certain things but in no way can it add meaningful performance. It would be like trying to play online mp on dial up.
@jc. Ok I checked and I guess you're right, I just knew the last one I bought had sega written on it and it seemed a bit off. My favorite was master of arena and the last raven was the last one I really enjoyed. I just think its one of those games that would benefit from starting over in the franchise with the story, add a little to the game play and a nice solid multiplayer with typical fps game modes as well as an arena type setup with leaderboards. But most importantly it would need a ...
Just had a crazy idea. What about rubber? Its something people use every day and I don't think I've heard anyone say it ans it could be pretty cool if done right.
Hard core troll ain't ya? Lol 5 troll comments in 1 thread lol. Let me guess your a supposed "pc" gamer right? Its cool of you are but seriously as far as consoles go the ps4 is the best for gaming on the market and its devs like nd that prove these things. They will release a game this year and people will be amazed but pc trolls will be like "well my $1000 rig can do that" or "well my $1500 rig can out do that" but in 5 years they will release another game ...
Yes but if you look at JUST those 13 markets ps4 is out selling them in all 13. Also all those extra markets the ps4 is selling in that the x1 is not only makes up maybe 5% of their world wide sales. Some of those extra countries will be lucky to sell 100,000 consoles during the whole generation. You must take a lot of things for granted, like living in a country where most people can afford to buy things just because they can but the truth is a lot of the world don't work that way.
Armored core was awesome, I had them all for ps1 & ps2. Only bought a couple on ps3 because it wasn't quite the same after sega bought it, still fun but seemed lacking. If they rebooted it and did it right it would blow titanfall away.
I'm going with what beebap said in that all but your 1st point are more likely to be utilized on devices people already own, pcs, tablets, ect. If they could pull off that 1st one it might help move systems but in all honesty I doubt it would happen unless ms just bought out a provider straight up because it would likely be more beneficial to the cable company then ms. In my opinion I don't think there's really anything ms can do to beat Sony at this point, that the best they can ...
Probably wouldn't even fit in most Japanese apartments lol.
Video actually makes up close combat and boss fights easy imo. Go invisible, attack then right back invisible and you can take down a whole army one at a time especially when you can just turn invisible and go drain more video for your heavy attack which is how I took down the tough enemies and bosses. 4 more odd and end trophies and I got platinum, evil was the right choice to do the 2nd play through on expert. What sucks is only being able to draw concrete from dup enemies, didn't have ...
