Is it just me or do the characters look downgraded visually from Modern Warfare 2019?

I’m having a great time with Gran Turismo 7. She looks great on the PS5 especially with a high end screen.
My only complaint is that the online is so barebones and basic. But I attribute that I think to them wanting to focus on single player content this go round.

The reason is because developers took cross-play to mean between PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. Knowing damn well that is not at all what console gamers meant when they said they wanted cross-play.
So now games like Call of Duty and Battlefield force console users who simply wanted the console pools to be combined to also have to deal with PC players as well in all matchmaking.

After what Infinity Ward did with COD 2019 Modern Warfare every Battlefield fan for sure thought that the next iteration would be a return to glory on the level of say a DCS.

I think releasing them 2 years after sales have peaked on console is fine. It’s obviously going to be a case by case basis. Maybe the earliest a year wait depending on how quickly a particular games sales become saturated.
Otherwise there is no way that waiting a year or more to sell the game on PC in anyway will hurt PlayStation console sales. I think they’ve come up with a good middle ground here.

The engineers at Sony did the math. So this notion that its worse is laughable.
They know what stresses the console can and cannot handle better than anyone in the gaming media world.
So whether or not it gets hotter by a few degrees or more. The bottom line is that the console should run quiet and be fine.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. This 120FPS 4K Xbox talking point being forced upon the devs at 343 by Microsoft is precisely why the game doesn’t look as good as it could have if they didn’t have to worry about supporting double the frame rate on console.

Count me in so long as the battery life has been improved significantly.
As it stands now with all the haptics and vibrations on when gaming on the standard PS5 controller the battery life leaves a lot to be desired.
The Dualsense Edge with at least 10 to say 16 hours of battery life be worth the purchase alone.
