Nintendo magic is a myth, what you're feeling is nostalgia. Truth is, It will play games better than the Switch and It will play more games than the Switch can, Including Xbox exclusives and some Playstation games.
It's not for everybody, obviously the market here is hardcore gamers. Most people will still get the Switch over this.
But to say it has a compromised vision because "Nintendo magic" is just plain stupid.
300 grams is pretty significant so i wonder as well.
FSR supports nvidia cards as well
I disagree with the 10th point, I think having a touch screen is better than not having it, Touch screens are so cheap nowadays that it wouldn't have made a difference in price by not having it.
besides some games do recognize touch input, in world of Warcraft I could cast spells by touching the icons on the screen. I don't know if that's the case for all PC games, since thats the only game I played when I had a touchscreen laptop.
Like I said, it's not any slower than the PS4 and Xbox One. What we're used to just under a year ago, The bigger games take a minute to load. Smaller games around 30 seconds.
It's not a big deal at all.
I don't see what this has to do with Playstation. I see how it can be beneficial to Xbox cuz the main reason I'm getting it is to Install windows and play my GamePass games on the go. But that doesn't mean it's a threat to Playstation at all.
People are exaggerating,
Sure it's slower than an SSD but it's still worthwhile if you want to save money. The games will run exactly the same.
The loading speed seems to be faster than lastgen consoles as well, if not they're at least on par.
You just won't be able to play games that require an SSD.
It's also confirmed that you'll be able to swap out the internal storage. But in the end you'll sp...
Uhm yes they can.. What do you mean?
Money talks, Besides, those developers don't need to worry about income anymore.
@Eonjay
How is Microsoft to blame for talking about their platform? Should they have said "oww btw this is on PS5 and the Switch too"? Lol
Also I don't see anyone saying it's exclusive in those links. All I see is questions and a press release from Xbox
I'm wondering who all these people were? Cuz FSR is possible on pretty much anything, it's a software solution.
FSR is not a DLSS like solution that requires specific hardware. Why wouldn't the PS5 support it?
These numbers are actually great. It's a brand new product that targets a niche market.
Unless the game requires an SSD, you'll be fine with 100MB per second. That's actually faster than PS4/Xbox One. It can handle any game you throw at it. It just loads slower, nothing dealbreaking imo
There's apparently 2 batches. Q1 2022 and Q2 2022.
If you were late you're most likely in the Q2 batch.
You can check it on the reservation page
I was wondering if it supports VRS, cool!
The gen just started lol. Too early to judge whether this gen will be better than 360 era or not.
But judging from the exclusives they revealed. They are on the right path.
The internet will absolutely melt when they reveal Elder Scrolls 6 is an Xbox exclusive.
PS fanboys wanna convince you that gamepass is a bad thing so bad 😭😭😭
180 dollars a year. All Xbox Exclusives day 1? Including some 3rd party games, Available on PC, Console and Cloud, Xbox Live Gold, EA Play, 300+ games.
You can't convince anyone that that is not a good deal. Stop trying.
I got my money's worth in a month.
@uth11
Actually, they're pretty cheap nowadays, you can get 256gb for under 40 dollars, and they're on sale pretty often.
Nintendo fans feel threatened by it because they didn't get a Switch Pro
