Not really fond of Digital Foundry doing the podcast discussion style of analysis they’ve been doing a lot as of late. I much rather how they used to do it in their older videos, in-depth and full details or like Tom’s two recent videos of his analysis of Crimson Desert.

Path Tracing gives it more detailed reflections, and more accurate lighting, but it's not a quantum leap over the PS5 Pro's version. Same could be said about Rebirth, FF16, and Death Stranding 2 as well. They run at higher resolution, and has the usual standard higher graphical settings, but again, it's not a huge leap over the console versions.

I have both a gaming PC and PS5, and have played all the games mentioned on both.

I'm in the minority here, but I feel this is a good decision. Other than convenience, a major selling factor of a Sony console is its first-party games being exclusive to the platform. If everything goes to PC, it gives people less incentive to buy a PlayStation.

As someone who has both a gaming PC and a PS5, it’s no big deal to me. I get the best of both worlds.

It'll be nice if Microsoft released the Ori, Otagi, & Fable games on PS5 as well.

They've been trading each other in performance throughout this generation, often the PS5 getting more wins. So this isn't really a big deal.

Well they start by actually giving an actual single player game, instead of another multiplayer crap that will be phased out in a few years.

Not every game needs to have ray tracing.

Not everyone has a PS3 or got the chance to play these games back in the days. This collection, is a good thing for those who wants to play it on modern platforms or those who missed out on it.

This CEO is so out of touch, and cluess. People want a enjoyable single player campaign, and memorable villains. No one ask for multiplayer to be pushed and shoved in.

Game cost $29 here in Australia. Game Pass costs $25. At those prices, I benefit more from GP, and get the game.

Unfortunately, you'll get the PC elites, Alex or Oliver from Digital Foundry, sprouting that path tracing is needed in every game.

Needs to be a single player game. If it's multiplayer like the last one, it'll be shut down again after a year or so.

Sony should stick to their strengths, and continue to make good single player games, instead of live service, then they'll do fine.

Sony has so many great dominant IP's that they can bring back, such as Infamous, Socom, Ape Escape, Jak & Daxter, Siren, Sly Cooper, Killzone, Twisted Metal, Little Big Planet, Gravity Rush, Motorstorm, Wild Arms, Resistance, Wipeout, Alundra, Colony Wars, Cool Boarders, Knack, Syphon Filter, Dark Cloud, Omega Boost, The Mark of Kai, The Legend of Dragoon, G-Police, The Getaway and so on. Many of these games is what defines Playstation and sets them apart in previous generations.

I rather play the so called walking sim, then the countless live service crap.
