I think that's very unlikely. A more powerful Switch will release alongside the Breath of the Wild sequel at the end of next year. Nintendo will promote it hard at the Olympics.

My original joycons would probably still be fine if I hadn't dropped them. They worked fine for a year and a half then I dropped them and it started to mess up.

I can see how many would be turned off of doing hundreds of side quests but I'm not one of them. I think the blade side quests in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 were pretty well done for the most part and I hope something similar is in Monolith Soft's next game.
