This is a stupid article, ofc that is the situation. Imagine if PS or Nintendo dumped all their games on Xbox under one year, that would outpace Xbox number of titles too. This is a ridicilous take for an "article" imho.
@Derek I loved Returnal! The setting, monsters and everything, BUT... I will never ever beat it it beacuse no matter how much I play it the game never give me any real weapon upgrades, no matther how good I play.
I read that I probably got a bad (REALLY bad) game seed for my install and that it will never be better, it's random and it doesn't help to reinstall the game as the original randomized seed is now forever connected to my PS account. It seems to be true as I tried to...
@ Reaper
"Sometimes we just have to admit that there are things that Microsoft does better. They have a massive R&D when it comes to this so it's not surprising that their infrastructure for online services are better."
You know Sony is using M$'s Azure servers for their onlineservices, right???!!???
So if it was the servers that f**ed up this weekend, it was on M$...
No extra days added to my account so far....
Never pointless to take a stand against dictators. Even if China supports russia we in EU should never support the illegal invasion of Ukraine. Remember how WWII started when Hitler got away with one country.. He aimed for the entire world after that, more or less. ;)
It's important to learn from history, and WWII wasn't that long ago... I don't want a WWIII within less than 100 years from the last World War.
@gold_drake
I played it day one and only had 2 bugs. Mototcycle sound not playing 100% of the time and 2 head floating in the air. (Guards at first camp).
I platinumed it and no other glitches or bugs. So "riddled".... Well not for me and many others...
So nothing to forget.
PS4: 53.074 GB (version 1.01)
PS5: 72.539 GB (version 1.001.000)
With the superb decompression on the PS5 I thought it would be other way around. I guess it's the 4K graphics on the PS5 that makes it a larger install??
So first game was "easternized" then? Whatever that would mean?? ;)
For the downvoter:

I loved the "first" game but I will wait until 2028 to buy the sequel as they seem to looooove updating their games over years to come. I'm more of a "play the complete package"-kindaguy so I have to wait.
This article didn't age well, Game delayed to 20th March now...
"My first time here on N4g. What a nice warm welcome." So you came here only to diss the biggest gamingnews for Playstation owners? That's how you start your comment history here??!!
Either you're are a genuine xbot or you are trolling in my opinion. You could have posted your latest comment at the get go, but you decided to open with "I can smell the main character from here".
You deserve the "hate". That was 100% a trollcomment and you...
Ah my bad, trollaccount made 2 days ago....Doesn't even dare to use his/hers mainaccount. Coward.
@Tupou - you need to visit a doctor and check out your nose, it cleary doesn't work at all. ;)
Only the non-gamers complain. I think most of us look forward to this, and the gamers that ain't, they still don't spam the forums with hate. Or at least that is what I hope.
I want to give you an upvote but as Abby looks like my pshycotic neighbour who I "hate" I had to give you a downvote. Sorry. ;)
@Lightning77 That rumour was already shot down as a bogus story and that "employee" who wrote it doesn't even exist.
These games are clearly not for you then. Plenty of other games out there to play. :)
The graphics was never meant to be "next-gen". The studio said in several interviews that they aimed for a "legacy look" inspired of the old fedual Japan. It was meant to be matt and down to earth looking.
Not every game should be glossy and topnotch and I can accept that. Only drawback was the weird antialising they used at release. The Pro cleans that up real good imho.
Too many hardcore gamers taking gaming a tad too serious and / or entitled gamers taking it too far. I totally understand the developers that actually make the games, as they envisioned. If I designed something I wouldn't give too much attention to people not involved in the process to be honest. Feedback good, positive or negative, it doesn't matter.
But braindead criticism, nah gtfo I would say.
