Bloodbornes DLC is the best one I bought for any of my games on PS4 this generation. (In MY opinon of course) 😉
Never saw that as milking or completing the story, just an excellent DLC with great bosses and new items.

They ALWAYS announce next months PS Plus games tuesday/wednesday (depending on your timezone) the week before the games are released AND the Playstation Plus games are ALWAYS released first tuesday in the new month. Next month that is 6th August so they will reveal the games one week prior (July 30/31).
Only time we get to know the games before that is if someone mess up posting a picture or so by accident on PSN, but that's rare. Still, Sony always wait until last week...

They showed it but never ever promised to release it for this generation.
My guess is rain only comes to PS4 Pro (downscaled) and PS5 (full effect) in the end. I'm pretty sure PS4 slim can't handle all the physics and the rain on a level that pleases Polyphony.

I love what Sony did this generation:
A new Infamous in Second Son, a new soft reboot in GoW, Uncharted 4 was a great conclusion followed by a new take on it in the great Lost Legacy.
New IPs like Driveclub, Bloodborne, Horizon Zero dawn and so on.
