You know it releases on October 5th right? It was changed ages ago from the 12th to 5th! 👀💀🤷
Most of the HDR content nowdays is 4:2:0 even Blu-Rays, 4:4:4 or RGB is mostly used on PC for text clarity, it doesn't change the HDR experience. So you have 4:2:2 on a console and it works flawlessy even if I play a game in 4K, RGB/HDR in 120Hz/VRR ,with my Sony 75" TV it's not a problem whatsoever to be honest.
And speaking of picture quality, if the game is made with great graphics, the TV show a perfect picture even in 120Hz.
Seems like you need a new TV or ...
Gullable comes to mind. But to each their own...
Starfield was pulled from Playstationstore too, by M$
/ jk or not really
;)
I tried but it didn't work (Chrome reader mode enabled) :(
@shinoff Not hating but now I get the downvotes: "Starfield is atleast playable without my ps4 crashing every half hour."
And here silly old me though this was an PC/Xbox exclusive. You learn something new every day it seems ;)
I'm 55 yrs old and play 10 hours each day. Hardly casual, my friends call me hardcore.. Me myself see me as a "gamer". I bought 4 games physical during the 2014-2020 PS4 / Pro generation and the rest digital... About 480 games in total. More convenient to be honest. Same with PS5, digital only, and it's the best way to enjoy PSVR1 +2. Big SSD and just PLAY.
And here in Sweden so many buy digital that the common stores only sell PS5 hardware to 99%.

When I learned to stunlock them with my Necro tendrils as last, I actually got quite some good gear from them. A great sacred 2hnder for instance. But I agree, sometimes they are too boring to chase around ;)
I have a discbased PS5, but I buy my games digital 100%. I only use the discplayer for my DVD/BluRay and 4K moviecollection. ;)
@darthv72 Here you go: ;)

They built the SSDcontroller chip to work at maximum speed up to 4 TB max at the moment. But maybe they can tweak that with a firmware update, not sure. My guess is they up the size in the next revision of the PS5 to be honest. I have the 2TB drive together with the built-in original SSD so I hav about 2.7 TB in total. Still need to delete / reinstall games from time to time, but the 4TB should be enough for you even if you're a hoarder of games like I am. ;)
The PS5 only supports SSD sizes up to 4TB at the moment. Check the official specifications if you don't believe me. ;)
Same for me. Just beat endboss today and now I have some cleanup for platinum but the game has been running smoothly on my PS5. Only minor issue is some mobs in the distance poppin in so they could tweak that a bit. But combat and controlls have been topnotch entire game.🦾✌️
13) I started Horizon VR -WITH regular Dualsensecontroller- and picked up my sensecontrollers and can see them move around accordingly in the ingame world. Pushed stick on left controller and pushed a button - all light up as they should. I pick up right controller. Push stick on it.. and... NOTHING!. Neither stick or buttons react a bit. I can spin it around however and it tracks on screen but the buttons are dead... BUT. If I push PSbutton the menybar appears and all the buttons work there....
Last update on this matter. I got both controllers connected, works fine in PS5 menus and so on but still R is dead in Horizon apart from the movement of the controller itself. When I push all buttons on L it lights up ingame - even the stick. But nothing on R.
If I use a needle and reset R it works fine until I turn off the game and starts again. No response on the buttons.
Part of me thinks it's firmware/drivers issue. The other half think it's something wrong with...
I just tried your way again (see my long post above if you haven't) but now it doesn't want to start the setup guide for PSVR2... Wow, I'm running out of options fast. ;)
I'm glad it work for you at least, I hope it still works!? :)
@Deathdeliverer Short version - No it didn't work.
Longer version - After much thought and so I finally decided to take backup on all my saves, wiped my PS5 clean through safe mode option #6 and spent entire day yesterday with downloading and reinstalling everything. Setup my 120HZ VRR TV with all the proper settings and so on.
Felt like it was time for a clean start after all the system crashes in Witcher 3 PS5 version that I now platinumed and uninstalled.
So ...
Thanks, I'll try this out tomorrow then 🦾😉
@ Deathdeliverer
IF I do that , does it mean I need to re-download ALL my games on my 2 SSD's? (Almost 3 TB of games) Login to all apps like Netflix, HBO and so on? Set VRR, ALLM and all the other 4K TV settings?
The downloading alone will take me a day or two even with 1000MB fiber - downloading is fast - installing is slooow. ;)
Seems like a lot of unpaid work for something Sony messed up to begin with.. Anyway, can't do this yet as I need to transfer my...
Don't compare Cyberpunk to NMS. I bought Cyberpunk for full price on PS5 and it was BROKEN. NMS wasn't - I platinumed that game in a week. I could get a refund for CP2077 but when I couldn't buy it digitally ever again according to the PS Store rules. So I decided to keep it.
A few days ago, 2 years later!! they released patch 2.0 and it was starting to be the game they promised. But to get the full experience I need to buy the expansion... I should get that for a huge di...
