That sucks. I bought my Sony VRR TV last year and it works flawless, sorry to hear they screwed up your local dimming. I totally understand if you want to turn all VRR off then. :)
I meant keep it on on both TV and PS5 if that was unclear. Best way to play the game imho.
Keep it on.
Thanks for the spoiler how the game starts loser...
Or you play a specific ending and unlock it for free. Each ending unlocks new classes.
No Man's Sky was actually fully playable from day 1. And it cost 1/4 of what CP2077 did...
That said, I agree with you, we gamers should not let releases like D4 slide just because the developers say "we see it as a longtime commitment to make the game great.
A game should be worth fullprice on day one, not after a year or two like Cyberpunk. And the worst part, people buying it now gets the full game for half the price, not fair to the hardcore supporters of the ga...
Don't compare Cyberpunk to NMS. I bought Cyberpunk for full price on PS5 and it was BROKEN. NMS wasn't - I platinumed that game in a week. I could get a refund for CP2077 but when I couldn't buy it digitally ever again according to the PS Store rules. So I decided to keep it.
A few days ago, 2 years later!! they released patch 2.0 and it was starting to be the game they promised. But to get the full experience I need to buy the expansion... I should get that for a huge di...
You know it releases on October 5th right? It was changed ages ago from the 12th to 5th! 👀💀🤷
Most of the HDR content nowdays is 4:2:0 even Blu-Rays, 4:4:4 or RGB is mostly used on PC for text clarity, it doesn't change the HDR experience. So you have 4:2:2 on a console and it works flawlessy even if I play a game in 4K, RGB/HDR in 120Hz/VRR ,with my Sony 75" TV it's not a problem whatsoever to be honest.
And speaking of picture quality, if the game is made with great graphics, the TV show a perfect picture even in 120Hz.
Seems like you need a new TV or ...
Gullable comes to mind. But to each their own...
Starfield was pulled from Playstationstore too, by M$
/ jk or not really
;)
I tried but it didn't work (Chrome reader mode enabled) :(
@shinoff Not hating but now I get the downvotes: "Starfield is atleast playable without my ps4 crashing every half hour."
And here silly old me though this was an PC/Xbox exclusive. You learn something new every day it seems ;)
I'm 55 yrs old and play 10 hours each day. Hardly casual, my friends call me hardcore.. Me myself see me as a "gamer". I bought 4 games physical during the 2014-2020 PS4 / Pro generation and the rest digital... About 480 games in total. More convenient to be honest. Same with PS5, digital only, and it's the best way to enjoy PSVR1 +2. Big SSD and just PLAY.
And here in Sweden so many buy digital that the common stores only sell PS5 hardware to 99%.

When I learned to stunlock them with my Necro tendrils as last, I actually got quite some good gear from them. A great sacred 2hnder for instance. But I agree, sometimes they are too boring to chase around ;)
I have a discbased PS5, but I buy my games digital 100%. I only use the discplayer for my DVD/BluRay and 4K moviecollection. ;)
@darthv72 Here you go: ;)

They built the SSDcontroller chip to work at maximum speed up to 4 TB max at the moment. But maybe they can tweak that with a firmware update, not sure. My guess is they up the size in the next revision of the PS5 to be honest. I have the 2TB drive together with the built-in original SSD so I hav about 2.7 TB in total. Still need to delete / reinstall games from time to time, but the 4TB should be enough for you even if you're a hoarder of games like I am. ;)
The PS5 only supports SSD sizes up to 4TB at the moment. Check the official specifications if you don't believe me. ;)
Check the logo, its MS green... I think they are trolling their new owner ;)
