Its going to have a booming start then eventually its going to lose its buzz while some of it's users jump over to its competitor?
Well its not that big of a deal but such feature would benefit the user if implemented sooner rather than later.
Allow you to subscribe to XBLG and some other things.
" I got banned after calling the mods out as rabid sonyboys. don't matter, i got around it."
I wonder how long this will last?
It would be extremely hard to justify a system that $100 more that hides majority of its features behind a paywall.
Mehdi and the rest of the MS exec will have a hard time on their hands trying prove that their system is worth choosing over their competitor's system.
Its okay if the content that's being offer justify a monthly subscription. Sadly most P2P MMOs can't survive because they fail to deliver enough content. Companies tend to underestimate how fast some players get to endgame.
Its probably going to go through the same thing that SWTOR sadly.
I have read flamebait better than this article tbh and thats just sad :(
The author was comparing Xbox sells to iPad sells.
How so? I could see if Microsoft kept their DRM and used game policy. Given that is no longer the case I'm pretty sure Gamefly and X1 can mix.
Should have been "Thank you gamers for voicing your concerns that cause the 180"
Microsoft was still going to go through with the DRM and used game crap regardless what Sony did. Only when fellow gamers started voicing their concerns and threaten to not buy the XB1, did Microsoft haul ass and started turning the other way.
I don't think this model helps to cut out gold farming. Given the fact that the gold farmers will know that gold can be traded for C.R.E.D.D.
I don't think they learning to understand their customers has anything to do with. To me its more to do with public image and $$$. Low pre-order numbers and people calling worst company ever, can do serious damage. Microsoft is not only just a game company but hardware and software company as well. They wouldn't want people judging them base off whats happen in their gaming division.
I believe the GPU change/speed increase really didn't come from a public back...
Oh boy, how long before some pissed off gamer files a lawsuit?
It really doesn't help any and pissed off childish player can state you use bad language, poor sportsmanship or quit too early.
You're wasting your time if you're looking for answer to why MS made the hdd non-replaceable.

Honestly the reputation system rarely did any good. The only person that if you used bad language, poor sportsmanship or quit too much was you. Other players can't check this stuff out when they looked at your profile.
Even if it was on ebay its shows that some people are more than willing to pay over the retail price for some things.
WP8 have overtaken BB but they are no where near Android and iOS. I honestly don't see how the buyout will help them that much far as gaming goes.
"Free X1 when you buy a new Nokia Lumia 2880 and sign up for a 2year contract."
Might temp some people
It's not but the last Nokia story go through and only last for a hour

Yeah obviously someone was just kidding. You should know this when you see "1 billion dollars." It would be more believable if it was 3 million(.5 million over the last stretch goal).
Busy week, more like a busy month for gaming.
