Seeing as PWE(Perfect World Entertainment) is publishing the NA version I'm pretty it won't be long before its P2W.
I'm not sure how Frogster will handle their version.
Some are but some can grow dull real quick. The thing about some F2P shooters. Some turn into a grindfest just to get promoted/level up not only that but to buy better weapons. This dull process just makes paying for weapons and extra with real money looks more appealing.

I have to use a gameshark to beat LuBu in the old days unless I already had my lv 4 weapon. I hate playing a character lv 4 weapon require was to beat LuBu.

Versus 13, KH3, FF10HD is getting pushed back probably won't even be release next gen if SE keep doing these bs sequel.
I believe the rate is base on how many people report it(sexual assault/rape) not how much it happens.

3ds had a poor launch line-up and sales wasn't all that great at first.
Vita had a better launch line(compared to the 3ds) and sales still isn't that great(or at least not doing as projected by Sony).
3DS came out a month before the tsunami hit Japan
