That's a drought. Nintendo has already released their AAA title, it usually doesn't get bigger than Zelda. As usual, Mario, Metroid, and Smash Bros is all that remains. People don't want GCN remakes with wii controls, we wan't new games.
Until Nintendo gets a decent third-party title (or killer-app), it'll follow the same fate as Gamecube. Cool system, but you can count the number of good games on 1 hand.

PSN service is free, the demos it has availalbe are FREE.

Out of the 3 consoles, the Wii has he worst protection. There's 3 great paysites up with wii games for d/l. I'd be extremely worried too. Look at gamecube. 5 good titles the rest are crap and Wii is following that same path.

VII's basically done. They story, characters, etc are done. They just need 150-200 people and a few years.
For what it's worth, EGM which is part of 1UP has stated twice that a remake will happen. They claim it to be a source within SE, and were correct on all the XIII crap they threw out. They said it would be shown in trailer featuring a female main character and it happened.

Well, there's one thing I find funny. The big name devs, none of them are complaining about difficulty using the ps3 sdk. Kojima Productions said it's as difficult as PS2 was, and PS2 did quite well. Team Ninja says it's not difficult at all and that devs are making excuses.
I just wish people would stop blaming consoles and start blaming devs.
But look at any thread based on ps3 vs 360. Notice how it has a large amount of comments? People love this "console war" as much as they hate it. The websites absolutely love it, it means more hits and more $.
I'll be so glad when this nonsense is over, but, sadly, we have a long way to go.
