Numerous sites and the devs have stated there is little to no load times. The longest was a transition from the dungeon to outside, a whopping 3 seconds.
Look at PS2 sales, even before the price drop. EU buys PS anything, they just eat it up. In fact, they're the reason PS2 has over 110 million units out. Looking at the sales you'll see the rival US + JP sales combined.
Look at the 360 version, it's waaaay too dark. When he drops in that tunnel you can't see anything at all. With the PS3 version it shows better detail of the mech. the 360 version looks like there's too many shadows on it.

Devs say it over and over gain as the peopel try to rain on the parade. "Just because you saw the other images this week, doesn't mean we made them this week. The image released today was captured yesterday." It's in-engine, this game is going to rock.
Someone who gets it. It's really a lost cause, though. They're delarious to any good PS3 news, it's ridiculous. Some of these people still refuse to believe MGS4 was real-time. Even though all MG games have been and even after it was shown off an SDK during TGS.

If you saw the E3 trailer which they claim it's suprassed, that'll be the most graphically enhanced game to date. It would shame Gears of War, and damn near be on par with Crysis for PC.
Who cares what console it's for, you have to give credit where it's due. If the real-time game exceeds that trailer, that's on par with baby Jesus. I say stop worrying about fanboys and be happy games are achieveing this amazing level of detail.
