Well it was kinda in your face, no way anybody could have missed that. Maybe did not notice, but "Another Tiny But Stunning Graphical Features Everyone Missed" is an overstatement. Another click-bait title.
The game is actually really amazing. I got it a few hours ago and played a few hours. Taking a break now.
People were just too upset about the "downgrade", but the game looks stunning on Ultra/high settings on PC.
There is stuttering a bit however. But not so bad.
I love the story so far, I really, really love the hacking gameplay and online intrusions.
Except for the fact that GTA V is still not released on PC, or even announced, 9 Months since console version release
People are getting blind, the game looks great. Maybe not Crysis graphics, but it still does look better than any previously released open world games.

Okay, we all have to admit it... Watch_Dogs game, as we see it now, looks like "old generation game", graphics quality is that of a AAA titles when ps3 and x360 consoles were current gen.
But looking back at E3 2012 or E3 2013 we see entirely different demonstration of the same game, much more complex and dense city, more effects, more distinct atmosphere.
While I haven't played it for myself, I have seen what it looks like in the night and rain...
Missions? I always do them. Collectibles? I tried, I failed...
Too many pigeons in GTA IV... used guides, got sick of it. Never again.
I might try to find the collectibles in GTA V though, they are more interesting to find. If there is going to be a PC version.

I think they have taken care of this. If you steal a lot of money from people's bank accounts, you lose a lot of rep after a while, and it becomes more frustrating and harder to play.

The lead platform is PC. I heard the new consoles have PC architecture, so they are easy to develop for from a PC build.
They probably took a good while to optimize the game for old gen consoles, as many people still use them.
Yes, we can't judge almost anything else besides visual quality from screenshots. I was just sharing my thoughts of the things I've seen and heard from both games, and how they would compare side by side, not only graphically.
I love the idea of The Crew, but I highly doubt that the game will be executed well. But we'll see.

Well Driveclub looks a lot more refined, great detail in effects and lighting. But you can only so compare them graphically.
I've seen Driveclub being played, it was very, very arcady, the car damage looked pretty bad. But it was a long time ago. Either way, what I'm trying to say is that they deliver very different type of gameplay.

I'm not exactly sure what to make of this. The dude obviously doesn't know how to play. He just wants to blow shit up gas stations.
He fails to trigger the traps at the right time, in fact he triggers them so that he blows up his car instead of police...
And for all the criticism he puts 7.2, I think the game is much better than this "reviewer" thinks of it...
It's probably their way of punching pirates in the face. I mean, who doesn't want a small touch of online from time to time.
I haven't played the game myself, so I do not know how annoying or fun is that random online contract mode, but I have always loved cat and mouse online modes.
All Ubisoft games will have UPlay, and I don't think it's going down anytime soon. It would, if it would be a PC exclusive client. But UPlay accounts are also integrated in console games by UBi.
It's their online client and service that connects Ubisoft players throughout all platforms, that has in-game rewards and purchases and keeps players playing their games, and it won't go down for a while.

It's looking pretty bad that Ubisoft are dragging people's noses about this. This might indicate that bad news are inbound. Probably lowered resolution, not 1080p...

Ain't no joke, this one. Sure, there is a lot of things happening all around, but you still see a tons of people and cars pop-in and pop-out, a lot of stuttering/lag.
I hope they can patch this somehow. But I'm not sure, If they couldn't do it in 5 years + 1/2 year delay, I don't know if they can do it now.
