The 360 would destroy the disc in the drive, but, I have only ever heard of it doing that when if someone would move it while it was powered, matter of fact there are videos on youtube demonstrating it. but, it is only when you tilted the 360 while powered on....what moron would move a console from vertical to Horizontal while it was powered on anyway?

I agree, there is no such thing at a 100 out of 100 perfect game. The games could be great, even genre defining but, perfect...in every possible way? no repetition? no sections that aren't as good or interesting as others? no bugs? NOTHING?? really? If they think that competing with life's essentials is a good idea they will be in for a rude awakening. You cannot eat a console, or take a game to control your blood pressure or diabetes.
That is the main and best reason right here, a Physical Copy has monetary value after the initial purchase. There are people out there that try to "convince" you that it doesn't matter because you don't "actually own" the game, you license it. but, that is a red herring. If you have a physical copy of a game, that copy is yours in perpetuity until you decide to sell it or throw it away. The digital copy is an actual license where the publisher can decide to take aw...
