This writer is a damn idiot. I play Forza due to its features and my Xbox 360 preference, but let's be real here, BOTH of them are excellent examples of racing games at their finest. Which one is better is a matter of preference.
But to say that one game is better than the other because of fanbase and sales is downright ludicrous.

I raised an eyebrow when I saw the dissolving enemies and weapons too. It's totally corny to watch the enemies you just killed dissolve into the ground along with their weapons. Perfect Dark, anyone? XD

Honestly, I beg to differ. MW3 looks as good as the first MW. Years ago, I would've whole-heartedly agreed with the statement that MW3 "looks better than half the games coming out this year," but when it comes to the biggest titles this year, MW3 is near the bottom of the list in graphical superiority.

RAGE DOES have some great graphics, but if you look closely, sometimes it falls flat, too. Walk around and you'll notice low-res miscellaneous objects like picture frames, boxes, etc., and in some places the textures just fall flat. Not a HUGE deal, but something I came to notice all too often. RAGE's graphics are really the only thing it has, being the gameplay/mechanics are mediocre at best. Fallout did it better, IMHO. Not hating on the game, I just expected a lot more from it... ...

C'mon kids, it's just a beta. Graphics, glitches, and gameplay issues cannot be immediately deemed to be the final product. Since when was "BETA" held to such high standards? I've heard countless people online saying "I wish this was fixed, I wish that was fixed." No shit! It's a goddamn BETA! DUH.

I was a CoD fan until the rampant cheap-bastard tricks and hacking of MW2's multiplayer brought the series to an all-time low. Black-Ops was but a slight improvement, and not nearly enough to restore the faith.
Oh, and let's not mention MW3's world-premiere MP trailer looked like a fucking JOKE, especially when all the fans watched it in denial and claimed it was a homemade MW2 montage. LMFAOOOOO

Price: You can get a 42" Vizio 3D LCD for $650. EXTREMELY affordable for a TV that size with 3D technology. The 32" is only $500. C'mon now.
Time Investment: Please, if you don't want to play your games in 3D, then don't get one. Those of us that wish to play/watch in 3D will as much as we want. Regardless of the game/content.

This reviewer needs to tone it down with the "horror" of the Alien Hive level. The game is SUPPOSED to be ridiculously repulsive, don't downrate a game just because you're not man enough for its humor.
Anyways, I'm surprised at how much fun this game actually is. Funny as hell, that's for sure. Graphics on 360 definitely lead to quite a few "WTF am I looking at!?" moments. Definitely worth a playthrough, though, IMO.
This guy has some good points, yet he never experienced ALL of each console. He never experienced ALL of each generation, but he talks about them like he knows them like the back of his hand.
I do agree that many games are hit-or-miss this generation, and that the 360 has a ridiculously high failure-rate (hell, I had 2 die on me, one RRoD and another had a graphic card failure).

...and despite playing on XBL for over 5 years, I have to say, the article had some pretty damn good points. The dividing line between which online service (LIVE/PSN) is superior is becoming a little thinner.
Compared to the PS2's online service, the original LIVE trumped Sony's online service, but the online services for these two next-gen consoles are pretty damn close, no?

Anyways, doesn't the Elite come packed with a remote like the Premium? Tacking on the wireless headset is also unnecessary, since the Elite comes with a standard one already. The prices for both should be pretty close to dead even in this case; you're really just paying a little more for the extra memory on the 360. I don't know what the PS3 comes packed with, so that could change things a bit, too.
