Well the article did mention something about something cool afterwards, so maybe it's something that will elongate the single player experience.
It can technically handle it, but capcom found it far to expensive to try to produce a game as big as tri. aka they wanted the $$$. As for the pain777, the series did better for capcom on the wii/3ds which is why they signed the deal as Nintendo has funded ads for it over in europe and north america.
i think call of duty can redeem itself, but they really need to get its crap together and fix what so many people have issues with, give it a rest for a year or 2 and return with a better engine/stories. assassins creed on the other hand continues to be excellent games because they atleast try to fix issues each year.

Considering this site also consistently posts stuff that points out negatives of the wii u. Graphic comparison/framerates, the fact they need a better online service when it comes to purchasing, the devs pointing out the cpu issues. This is a very unbiased site. They even have a xbox and ps3 site, although the xbox one is more based toward kinect O.o

Simple nbc didn't see the money in a game company. Meanwhile they're willing to waste time on the jimmy fallon show to show video games. Nbc simply doesn't understand anything related to tv anymore, like the leno situation. Leno got low ratings at 9 o clock and it passed on to the shows after it, as there wasn't a lead in. Who did they blame? conan, even nbc newstations got upset about the ratings leno droped for them

Actually Nintendo's patent expired in 05. Sony and Microsoft can use it. The vita is one of the first ones to use the shape on a Sony product
I think we have reached a time where sony/microsoft should be able to produce a console that can improve the graphics by a pretty decent margin and still cost as much if not a little more than the 360/ps3

Let's be honest alot of these "third party" games have been very lazy ports, why buy a new version when the other version are cheaper/better optimized and have more people online. You need to give people a reason to buy it on wii u, no developer other than sega (5th player in multiplayer on sega allstar racing), ubisoft (zombiu), and indie games have tried as much as they should have. It matters in the end of the day, especially if ubisoft wanted to port it later, because they wouldn't have been able to due to microsoft's policies. It was meant to be an exclusive, but i think in the end of the day it was now or never for the xbox/ps3 versions. I do believe ubisoft is still supporting the wii u as they are willing to help nintendo with the zombiu wiiu bundle, but it was a crap situation that only a delay would let them release on all 3 big consoles.
Come on people give ubisoft a break Microsoft's "it has to be released on the same day or it won't release on Xbox" policy is to blame here. If they released it now they cant port it to Xbox later. Its a crappy situation for sure, but it isn't due to the lack of Wii u sales. Its Microsoft's policies that are ruining it for people.

Actually we can thank microsoft for that, Microsoft requires third parties to atleast launch on the same day or you don't get to launch... It's an old policy, but this is one of it's tragedies.
I have $5 on ea releasing crappy ports and when they actually make a great game (with no ads) and it doesn't sell well on wii u (because no one with a brain will trust them again) they'll blame the wii u. Almost sounds like the wii again...
