I really don't know why you wouldn't want psn plus, it's literally worth it with 180$ worth of free content on ps3 alone and another 170 if you have a vita. It's more than worth it for what you get.

Or maybe their just making two games? They have been hiring like crazy, it would suggest that it would be the case. I don't think they'd hire former naughty dog, id tech and virgil game employees for a donkey kong game.
There is still a huge value difference with psn plus with psn right now if you pay 60$ you instantly can get 190$ worth of content on the ps3 alone, if you have the vita (another 180$ worth of content) or ps4 it's even more.

It will be another team, if rockstar's history remains true, they always have different teams work on projects (with some outside help from each other).
Where did sony make the mistake, if anything it will give them leverage. They could almost say "hey you know that game you want, buy our cheaper platform and play the better version." It's almost the same thing that made the xbox versions sell better for a while.
I Can't say i'm surprised with the money they spent on the game the only way i could see them making it back is with the multiplatform release. Atleast we are getting it though i've been worried it was cancelled.
It looks really really good, at first i was kinda worried about the character models (from the first pics), but now they must have changed them or something because they look awesome now.

I'm sorry, but no they do not. i don't think there was one person in that room or on this forum that didn't think, "you know the games look awesome, but i don't wanna deal with restrictions". Then they released the price point which will kill momentum if Sony prices competitively.
For the gold sharing it just means you can use gold live on all accounts on a console.
The conference was good and the games look awesome, but throughout the conference I had the other problems still in the back in my head.
Nope, it looks entertaining in the off-the-wall kind of way. The sound was bad in some areas. On a side note I swear every Dev working with ea is making a 3rd person shooter now days...
Spike tv is on a limited basis. Im not fully sure on the times, as i plan to watch it online. G4 is kinda dead when it comes to gaming now :/
@bigfish, as much as i like david's games, i have to disagree with you there. Hideki was responsible for Re2, Viewtiful Joe, Devil May cry, Okami, bayonetta, and i'm looking forward to the wonderful 101. Hideki Has earned his right to say it just as much as jaffe has imo
Welcome to the world of gaming, where even a good rating gets bashed O.o
That is understandable though, it hurts the online for people who actually paid for it since the people who bought it used are taking away money that could be used for servers and server support. Offline used games are hurting anyone though.
