Sony doesnt really have an interesting line-up for this fall/winter, and Nintendo has been slacking off for many many years now, starting with the N64 and later the Cube, and now the Wii.
Hopefully, Sony will have a good showing at the TGS, and TBH I have pretty much given up hope on Nintendo. They just cater to a completely different market right now. One which I'm personally not very interested in.
... if they had taken advantage of the very slow start of Sony with the PS3, and the mistakes Sony made back then. If they 360 would have gone for the kill (heavy pricecut, good bundles, not screwing the consumers over with the heavy prices on LIVE and the joypads, Wireless Lan, HDD's, etc), they could have conquered every territory by now.
Games-wise, 360 is still the better system at the moment, regardless of where you happen to live in the world.

XBL is too expensive, and Sony lacks a bit but is free.
Both have their good and bad points, and it depends on the gamers and the games which is their preferred online option...

That way, you can go play GTA4, log into that fake internet the game has, create and design your own profile on a fake 'social site', and share it with other players to get to know them better. Maybe even include an in-game messageboard etc.
