@Jinger agreed. but splitting into groups of 2 would be nice. I'm a huge fan of the first one and can't wait for this game but I do find this one aspect a little disappointing
Geometry glitches and refine the AI is possible. I think the coop squad limitation is a much bigger challenge. Its disappointing but considering how much I loved the first one and it was a buggy mess with no coop, I'm very excited for this game.

Strange I've got 40 hours into it right now and can't wait to play more of a game that 'lacks content'
Its not for you because thats the gameplay loop. Me and a party of three did a fort raid last night. Ship was completely loaded with loot when we were done. Then we were attacked by a on our way back to turning it in. It was a close fight but the Kraken ended up taking our ship down and we lost everything. Sure we were disappointed but the Kraken fight has so much tension because there was so much on the line. Same as when you run into a crewed Galleon after you've been running ques...
Both. I go MP when I'm just trying to save influence for a new base or outpost. Got a handful of friends I play with regularly, but sometimes I just use the matchmaking and take out a couple infestations and plague hearts with strangers
